The stay experience was not very good, the allocated room was upstairs in the KTV. Stayed for two days, the first night was almost two o'clock, no one sang, the next day was slightly better at 1 o'clock, no movement. The next day I asked the front desk if I could change the room and told me that there was no room to change. Other aspects are good. Personally, I feel that if I set a special room to inform me that I have no complaints. Moreover, the price I set is not a special price. Since I assigned the room upstairs in the KTV when I checked in, should I be informed?

Location and transportation: Because the itinerary was to take my family on a cruise🛳️ and we needed a family room, we chose this hotel. After staying there, we found it very convenient. It is just a few steps away from the river, five minutes away from the boat dock, and only one bridge away from the Yantaishan commercial district.
