I would like to especially praise the professionalism of the service team: the minor incidents encountered during the stay were not only followed up and handled immediately, but also resolved doubts with sincere communication, which made people truly experience what it means to ”pay attention to service details to the extreme.” This kind of hospitality without shirking responsibility or being perfunctory is rare in today's hotel industry. The guest room design continues Atour's consistent humanistic aesthetics. The combination of log color and Morandi color is simple yet stylish. The intelligent customer control system and ergonomic chairs create a perfect balance between business and leisure scenes. The bathroom space adopts a four-separation design of dry and wet areas, and the display of spare parts is mysterious, demonstrating the careful consideration for the living experience everywhere. When checking out, I received a handwritten greeting card from the housekeeper, along with two bottles of customized mineral water, which made my journey home warm. The staff here is friendly and helpful, especially the staff 77. I stay for 3 nights with separate booking due to the change of flight, the two rooms are different room types, but the staff help to organize into the same room type so I do not need to change room between nights, also the location is great, which is close to the tourist attraction area.

The hotel is in a good location. You can see the hotel from Exit A of Dongmen Station on Metro Line 4. It is only 2 subway stops to Sanfang Qixiang, which is quite convenient. The receptionist at the hotel helped to upgrade the room for free, which was great. As the trip was coming to an end, the children's clothes for catching the sea were washed by the hotel. The staff was very enthusiastic and organized them very neatly. They could be picked up directly after playing in Sanfang Qixiang. It only costs more than ten yuan to take a taxi from the hotel to Fuzhou Station, which takes about ten minutes. You can also take the subway to Fuzhou South Station and Fuzhou Station, which is convenient for travel. There are also rich food, drink and entertainment around. I will consider staying here next time I travel to Fuzhou. Yaduo's tea bags are also very good. I didn't bring tea leaves when I went out. I stayed in Pingtan for two nights in the homestay and there were no tea bags. I had nothing to drink. I continued to use them at Yaduo, and I was happy.

I have to say that the quality of my sleep at Atour is even better than at home. The Atour hotels I have stayed in are all very soundproofed and the bedding is really comfortable. What’s more! You can choose customized deep sleep pillows from Atour’s tips according to your sleeping habits! Their pillows are really huge and easy to sleep on! I bought a pillow of the same style from Atour Planet for my first stay. Used it at home! 2️⃣It’s really delicious! In addition to very healthy meals (such as freshly ground soy milk, tofu, and various whole grains), Atour's breakfast 3️⃣No searching at all! Rooms of several wood types and above will have a free minibar: 2 bottles of tea, 1 bottle of cola, 2 bottles of water and biscuits. Fruit will also be delivered to the room. 4️⃣The service is really good! Atour comes standard with a laundry room and gym. You don’t need to keep track of the time in the laundry room. Someone will help wash, dry and deliver it to the room. This is really a blessing for people traveling abroad! The fitness equipment is quite complete, the space is large, and towels and water are provided. And they also serve heart-warming porridge after 21:30 at night. Sometimes it’s just right to have a bowl of porridge when you come back too late from playing and don’t want to eat! The porridge is also very good and there are snacks and side dishes.

Hard to find the hotel because the name of hotel is different in Trip website. That sucks waste our time in the street. I think the hotel and Trip need to communicate how to correct the hotel name. Anyway the room is big and comfortable. And the staffs services is good too. The hotel area is way too busy.

The first time the room was very hygienic, the first time I took the children out, I was to see the hygiene, and then the bedding was very comfortable to sleep. I belonged to the person who was a little unclean and was prone to allergies, but there was no discomfort at all. It is very convenient to take a taxi anywhere in the third location. Finally, the service, the customer service attitude is very good, to be truly at home.

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great location with shops. It is definitely a great place to stay for families even with young children. Opposite is a park for you to extend your legs after a meal but also less than 2 km you are in the center of a busy restaurant and shopping areas. Every staff members deserves 5 stars!

The room is very clean and the location is very good, very close to Fuzhou Station. The front desk is very friendly and patiently answered my call about check-in at around 5am. I highly recommend it. It won't be a disaster. Chinese people don't cheat Chinese people. ❤️

The hotel is new and the location is a little remote, but overall the hotel is very good. But the smell of the sewer in that room was so bad. Alas, I was so tired from the business trip that I was too lazy to negotiate. Later, when I checked out, the lady at the front desk gave me a souvenir and apologized sincerely. Hope it can be improved in the future.

We enjoyed our one night stay here very much. The front desk staff were very friendly and they even have us a free upgrade on our room! The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. They had a free laundry service where we left our clothes in the laundry room with instructions to wash and dry at midnight. They delivered our clothes clean and dry at our doorstep by the time we woke up 10/10. The hotel is also walking distance to a big mall with delicious food along the way. The only issue we had was being woken up in the early morning by loud music outside on the street. But it was around the ***** near year festivities and the hotel also gave us disposable ear plugs next to our bed so this was ok.
