It was nice hotel with cozy area to live. Some staffs in shift were helpful (especially Japan uncle receptionist) but some staffs were not. The facility is good like the 3-4 stars hotel, the room is clean and peaceful because of 4 rooms per floor which are the best part of living here. Unfortunately, I visited during the construction period and the hotel did not provide this information before I arrive. So, I just knew the details at arrival date. I will consider again to visit here but the hotel has an average standard to rest and visit.

It is only one subway station away from Hakata Station, and it takes about ten minutes to walk. The hotel is small, with only four rooms on one floor, but the rooms are large enough and the decoration is quite stylish. Overall, I am very satisfied with the price/performance ratio.

I went there expecting it to be clean because it was a new hotel, but there were brown stains on the blankets and pillows, and it was so dirty. I had allergies on my legs the whole time I was there. It's not that clean because it's new. Rather, it feels like there's no management at all because there are few rooms and there aren't many cleaning staff.

It was my first time using the service, but it was very clean and I was grateful that coffee and other items were free of charge.

The hotel is new, so the room was very clean. It was close to the bus stop, so I was able to catch the bus to the PayPay Dome right away. The amenities were available from the side of the front desk, and were well-equipped with body towels and makeup remover. There was also a coffee machine, which I used many times during my stay. When you check in, they ask if you need loungewear, and give it to you on the spot. I brought my pajamas, so I didn't need it, so I thought it was great that the amenities and loungewear were available to those who needed them. The room was spacious and clean, so there were no problems, but I thought the microwave, ice maker next to the front desk, and coffee machine should be wiped down more frequently. I wanted to spread out my suitcase at a high position, so I thought it would be nice if there was a luggage rack in the room.
