The location is very covenient, so I could hear people yelling near 7-11 at night. The hotel is very new and clean and the view is amazing.

I definitely recommend this place! There are three reasons: 1. The location: The hotel is not only located between Tenjin station and Hakata station, but also close to Canal city. But 1 thing you should know is that there are some clubs nearby, so it is wise to make a choice upon your desire. 2. Cleanness : The room is absolutely flawless including window frames! 3. Service : They offer you a tower of desert! It is astonishing! I recommend this hotel for you.

The location is very convenient. Room is super spacious, and the design is very modern. If you’re a light sleeper, maybe this location is not for you. Because it is located in a lively location.

Great canal side view.  Amazing tea time cakes for free!  Clean room, big room, quiet room.  Will stay again.

You need to ensure that you go to the correct hotel as there are few hotels using similar name. Hotel located in Tenjin area with walking distance to shopping area and subway station which is very convenience. Hotel provide complementary "Winter Afternoon tea set" per stay. The room is spacious , new and clean suit with family traveller. The staff is helpful and polite.

Room was spacious and clean. It came with afternoon tea and the food tasted terrible and didn’t eat any of it.

Location was great. Just across the river from Canal City etc and just tucked away from the main road. Walkable to all the busy areas and 5-10mins walk to the subway stations. Room was spacious and clean; so was the bathroom which was nice. Reception was minimalist style but I didn't mind. Overall enjoyed my stay here.

Very good n tidy

This time, I chose a riverside room with a balcony at Fukuoka One Five Villa, which was praised by my family. The room is spacious and well-equipped. There is also an ironing board and air purifier in the room. The hotel is in an excellent location, only 10 minutes away from Tenjin Underground Street and Canal City. It is also very comfortable to look at the river view from the balcony at night. Across the river is Fukuoka Nakasu Yatai, which opens at night. From the balcony, you can see that there are few people waiting in line to eat at the shed (my husband likes the night market very much), so you can quickly go to the other side to eat, which is very convenient. The bread in the bakery next to the hotel is also very delicious, and there are various restaurants opposite, all open 24 hours a day. In short, One Five Villa will be my best choice when I come to Fukuoka in the future.

Their breakfast is in a fancy building shared with the Palace Hotel next door. The staff are all foreigners, just like in American TV series, Black Mirror. The room is big and the location is very central. Hotels in the city center have the same problem. The parking lot is too small, so you have to find another place. The room is big and the river view is great.

While traveling in Japan, I always stayed in small rooms, but this is the first time I've stayed in such a spacious and comfortable hotel. However, I was a little surprised by the long hairs here and there. It seemed like they cleaned the room, but as soon as I checked in, I found hairs here and there.. Other than that, everything was good. I prefer a separate bathroom, so the dry toilet and sink were nice, and the bathtub was clean. I walked to Canal City and Tenjin. Hakata is also within walking distance, but I couldn't go because my schedule didn't allow it. I want to stay here again.

The location is quite convenient, but the service attitude is average (especially for non-local employees). Afternoon tea is provided but the taste is average. The design of the shower room and toilet door is two wooden doors, which is very bad. The only thing is that the room view faces the Grand Canal.

The free tea set service is not in place. It will not be delivered if the guest is not in the room. The staff did not remind the guest that they must be in the room to enjoy the tea set even though they have confirmed the delivery time with the front desk. This made the children very disappointed.
