The room was small, but clean and well renovated. It is a bit far from the train station. After checking-in, don't forget to grab some amenity kits from the front desk area.

Good mood

A cosy hotel with really friendly and helpful hotel staff. Room was a little small compared to what we have been used to. But the helpfulness and friendliness of the Hotel staff made up for everything. Air conditioning on the first night was a little hot (we went to Fukui in the summer time), but was OK on the 2nd night. You can choose your own pillow and amenities (shampoo, conditioner, bath salts, cotton buds, sewing kit etc) from the 5th floor - so funny! But reception is on the 5th floor (not the 1st). The hotel thoughtfully provided a laundry drying rack so you can dry laundry in the room. The shampoo, conditioner and body foam (made with Royal Jelly) made my hair really soft and manageable! Very convenient to drive to Tojinbo Cliffs too!

Overall good but the 1st night was below expectations because the power Supply was not working

Pros: Spacious rooms, good hotel service, excellent breakfast, about a ten-minute walk from the west exit of Fukui Station. The hotel is near the Fukui Prefectural Office and Fukui City Hall. I will stay here again next time I have the chance.

The location is 10 minutes from the station, but it is still great value for money.

I liked that the amenities were provided free of charge and unlimited, and that there was a private bathtub in the bathroom so I could take a half-bath. The staff were all friendly and the room was in great condition.

[Air conditioning] Even though the maximum temperature was over 29 degrees, all the rooms were designed not to have air conditioning, so I was sweating all the time in the room 😭 I wanted to feel refreshed after the bath, but I was sweating immediately and it was uncomfortable. This is the first time I've ever experienced something like this 😢💦 [Outlets] There were many USB power outlets at the pillow on one side, but I didn't have a cord that could be used with the USB power strip & only one person could use it at the pillow, so I wish they had made it possible to use a regular outlet 🔌 instead of USB at the pillow for both people. I want to charge my smartphone while I sleep... [Amenities] It was very complete! I thought it was good that there were also commercially available shampoos, sewing kits, and earplugs 🙆♀️

The biggest problem is that the window cannot be opened and it is very hot. The air conditioner can only reach 20 degrees at the lowest. The decoration of the room is a bit old and the table is unstable. There are not enough plugs. The good thing is that the location is convenient. There are many small things in the lobby that can be taken. The front desk staff are very helpful.

The location is convenient, close to the station and the Katamachi drinking district, but the facilities are old and the service and breakfast were just average.

Even though I made a reservation for the wrong date by one day, they kindly reserved a room for me, which was very helpful as it was a Saturday. I booked for a live show, so all the hotels near the venue were fully booked, and it was snowing quite a bit so it was difficult to find another hotel, so I'm very grateful. They also had a wide selection of shampoo, body soap, and amenities, and the bath salts came in a variety of scents, so I think it's a really good hotel. I'd definitely like to stay at this hotel again when I'm in Fukui.

I stayed here as a place to stay while on a business trip. You can choose your shampoo, treatment, pillow, and only bring the amenities you need to your room. You can also choose your own bath salts! Above all, the breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the roast beef bowl was delicious! It's a little far from the station, but I'm glad I chose this hotel. Thank you very much.

You can choose bath salts and pillows in the lobby, and there are plenty of amenities, which was great! The only thing that was disappointing was that the air conditioning sometimes had some issues, but overall it was clean and very comfortable.
