Tianshan Wujiang Hot Spring City Hotel Reviews

Excellent hotel with hot spring facilities at the foot of Mount Tianshan. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our white Xmas stay at the wujiang resort and it is only 10 mins walk to the tourist centre for the stunning tianchi and bodega peak of the tianshan range. The only drawback is the limited food choices available in the area. There are not many tourists due to the low tourism season but we are definitely not complaining about it at all. :)

It is very close to the 5A-level Tianchi scenic area. The hotel has an elegant environment, warm service, rich entertainment programs, and the hot spring room is very close to the hot spring. After taking a hot spring bath, you can get a 50 yuan discount on the ticket to Tianchi. It is very cost-effective and worth a visit.

The room my son booked for me was very beautiful. The water temperature was just right and the staff also sent us a fruit plate. The red wine was very satisfying. There was a parent-child water fort in the indoor hall and many activities for children to play. My grandson had a lot of fun. The car pick-up and drop-off during the stay was very convenient. The tickets to Shangtianchi were also discounted.

The room is quite big, the facilities are a bit old, the staff of the jelly bath in the hot spring has some problems, the two children just swiped their cards to go in, someone else came to look after the children, and swiped the card again, they couldn't keep an eye on the adults, you should keep an eye on the children you swiped the card for, then when it comes to refunds, you have to find the computer and the receipt, it took almost half an hour, this is not a big deal, what is puzzling is that they directly said it was a problem with the children, the children went out, so they swiped the card a second time, okay, then you go ask the children, then you dare not ask, and my child is not even tall enough to buy a ticket, we carried her into the bucket when we went in, how did she get out, I haven't said it yet, the male staff member disappeared after swiping the card, sitting at the workstation and watching the children who paid, and he didn't need to open his mouth to push the responsibility onto the customer, just say I'll refund you now, it's so simple, you can't keep an eye on it with your eyes, and you still talk nonsense with your mouth, and you are all right

The hotel staff had a bad service attitude and a terrible manner. The hygiene conditions were extremely poor. The slippers in the changing room were said to be disinfected, but they were still leaking water when they were taken from the shelf. The changing room was full of items used by guests on the floor and sink. I have been to most of the hot spring hotels in Xinjiang, and their service is the worst.

The conditions and environment are very good, worthy of being a five-star hotel. The room is spacious, the staff has a good service attitude, the room is very clean, although the decoration is not very new, but the overall feeling is very comfortable. You can order food in the room, but the delivery speed is a bit slow. The hot spring is very comfortable. Maybe there are not many tourists during the week. Wujiang Hot Spring City Hotel is only about 200 meters away from the ticket office of Tianshan Tianchi Scenic Area. This is the best and most upscale hotel among all the hotels we stayed in during this trip. Ctrip looked at it and it seems to be a four-star hotel. In the evening, we experienced outdoor hot springs. There are several independent hot spring pools, and they are divided into various types, including beauty areas, health areas, etc. There are also women's areas and men's areas, which will not make you feel embarrassed. After the bath, I felt refreshed. I went back to the room and weighed myself. I lost two pounds, haha!
