I stayed at this hotel with my wife and two children during a one-night stay in Kawaguchinko in early February. Location: The hotel is reasonably far from Lake Kawaguchinko but I was driving so that was not a problem. However, it gave us a far better view of Mount Fuji. We were blessed that we visited on a day with clear skies and we got a fantastic view of the mountain from the balcony. Cleaniness: Everywhere we went in the hotel was clean, including the Hot Spring. Service:The receptionist was helpful and spoke reasonable English. We asked for a few extra items for our kids that housekeeping didn't bring all correctly. Facilities: We were pleasantly surprised that there was an Onsen in the hotel as we didn't know. It was clean and looked quite new. The breakfast was a little disappointed but it was relatively cheap so I wouldn't complain. Overall: This was a nice hotel at a reasonable cost. i would consider staying here again. The view from the balcony is worth the stay alone.

Reasonable price and spacious Hotel , every unit can view the Fuji Hill from balcony . Plenty of free parking and public onzen only 150 yen / pax , kids free of charge . Near by restaurant open till 00:00 , 7-11 , lawson , family mart driving 2 mins . This hotel suitable for Own Driving .

Wonderful view ! We can see the mr. Futi. High CP value the price includes dinner and breakfast. Love it so much . But you need to drive the car to the hotel . Little a bit far from the station.

The location of the hotel is excellent with a stunning view of the Fuji Mountains. The Japanese style dinner and breakfast are delicious. There are enough parking spaces for guests if you’re driving to the hotel.

You can see Fuji Yama from your room which is amazing! The location is not bad, you can contact the hotel after 3pm so they will come to kawaguchi station to pick you up. The staff members are all nice, and provided us with all the information we needed. Breakfast was very nice with lots of options.

Excellent hotel for families. We enjoyed our stay here. This place was top-notch with cleanliness, modern western style rooms which was very roomy for our family, bathroom was amazing filled with amenities and most of all, have a nice view of Mount Fuji if the room is facing it. There was a relaxing onsen (hot springs) which was much needed after a long day. This place is perfectly located in Kawaguchiko and close to all the convenience stores, restaurants, various stores, and tourist spots. We were in town to visit Fujiten Snow Resort and this hotel was nearby by car (approximately 20 minutes). Since we have been living in Japan, this is by far the best hotel we have stayed at. Highly recommend for one visiting Kawaguchiko. Thank you!

Hotel Regina Kawaguchiko exceeded all expectations. The stunning views of Mount Fuji and the cozy, well-maintained rooms were perfect. What truly stood out was the outstanding service from the Chinese-speaking receptionist—his warmth and attention to detail made our trip extra special. A memorable and exceptional stay!

Excellent hotel and value for the money.

Very comfort hotel. Walking distance to shopping mall and restaurant. Can see Mt. Fuji from room if weather is good. Free and many open parking lot inside hotel area for free. Enjoyable Onsen public pool.

Hotel changed 5,800 yen for minibus parking at hotel side. Bad experience.

Good service. Hotel has a shuttle service betwwen hotel and Kawaguchiko station. There are shopping mall, minimart and restaurant near hotel.

Worst travel ever stayed! Service sucks. Towel needed to walk all the way to front desk , additional water need to pay. Toilet hot water is not flowing but DRIPPING ! How to bath?? SPIDER WEBS in every corner especially under TV cabinet! Hotel staff keen pushing us to check out. Even late for 60mins charges me 27,000YEN because water are dripping slowly. They expect us to check out on time ! How to??? The towel took so long to deliever too! 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ Hotel not worth the money at all , I’ll rather donate to people who need the most then into this hotel service!! Rubbish!!

I think hotel should provide the alternative ways to contact in case that guest cannot call by the phone, e.g. in-app chat. (Or is it just me that I couldn’t call🥲) Anyway, my parents love it so much!
