cosy and warm place, great location! basic kitchen amenities available and clean toilet

The hotel is at the central. The room is very cozy and very clean. The front desk man is very friendly and helpful. He guided us to the room despite of the wet weather when we arrived. The room come with small kitchen with microwave oven and mini fridge. Enough to cook simple dish. Highly recommend to those travel to Fanz Josef

Very friendly owners and pleasant stay. Room is also equipped with a kitchen for cooking. Parking is right outside your room, which is really convenient!

The laundry room is expensive, but everything else is good.

Next door to the hotel is the Alice May restaurant, a little further down the road there are different restaurants and supermarkets, and shops that book a lift to see the ice . Private cars can be parked at the door of the room for easy loading and unloading of luggage. Cooking utensils are complete. The mattress is softer and it may be harder to fall asleep if you are not used to it.

Everything is good except for the shower. It doesn't work at all. The water flows like a foam. I can't wash my hair. Other than that, it's good. There's a kitchen as well. Close to the helicopter that will take you up. Very good.

It is located in the town, and is actually a one-story motel. It is quite convenient, and parking is also convenient. The room decoration is relatively simple, and considering the overall environment of the glacier town, it is not bad.

Just outside the door is the glacier and snow-capped mountains, the scenery is so beautiful, the boss is an old gentleman, the explanations are clear, the supplies are complete, the bedding is comfortable, the town is quiet and peaceful, it is so livable.
