Best Western Plus OHare International South Hotel Reviews

It was a perfect location near the airport just few minutes drive away. The room was good and comfortable bed. Cleanliness was poor as the carpet in the room and hallway was old and a bit smelly in the hallway. Audible Noise, car sound easily heard from the road. No laundry facility. However with Good service, allowing us to check out at 12 instead of 11 o’clock . Good breakfast.

Everything is good. Nearly the shopping mall and many restaurants but not nearly the train. Have a shuttle bus send to the airport 😅

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I requested the airport shuttle, and the front desk took my phone number, told me to wait inside, and assured me the driver would contact me when he arrived. I followed their instructions exactly—and waited for over 30 minutes with zero communication. When I finally called back, instead of apologizing, they blamed me for not watching for the shuttle outside. Are you serious? You gave me the wrong instructions, left me stranded, failed to follow through on your promise, and then had the audacity to blame me? This is beyond unacceptable. I’m furious. The lack of accountability and basic respect for your guests is appalling. Shame on you.

Great clean room. Big comfortable bed. Everything you need. Do also offer shuttle service to the airport which is close.

The staff worked with me as I originally booked my stay for the wrong day. The hotel was going through renovations so there was construction trash visible in parts of the building. Overall, the hotel was comfortable.

frontdesk is very friendly and helpful. Need to call hotel to arrange free shuttle pickup from Airport. need to Wait quite awhile .Teco restaurant recommended by the frontdesk 👍

Large room with fridge microwave and coffee maker in room. AC was working well. Linen was clean. Staff at front desk were very welcoming. Free standard breakfast. Some fast food restaurants and CVS within walk distance. Airport shuttle took me back and forth to ORD. It has everything i need.

Accommodation was very great, The beds were very comfortable, The rooms were clean and everything was good, Beyond expectation and pocket friendly. The best part getting the free shuttle service to the airport, Breakfast was great. we loved accommodation and we also recommend accommodation. if any of you wants to stay with the families, business traveler’s this would be best hotel.

Key card always broken. I have to return the card to fix 3 times /day.

They have a shuttle to O’Hare which is very helpful. Close to restaurants for Iber Eats delivery, pool, quiet neighborhood.

Absolutely appalling! Do not stay here! They lied and said they had a 24 hour shuttle and refused to pick us up at 7pm and left us stuck getting taxis for $34 dollars each way to and from the airport! Thank god it was only a 1 night stay. Room was filthy with hairs (not ours everywhere!). Men loitering in lobby made us (female travellers) feel intimidated.
