Trip Inn Hotel Messe Westend Reviews

This 'hotel' is in a residential building with no air-conditioning, the heat is unbearable in summer. Sound proofing is also non-existent so you'll hear the cleaning and furniture dragging. The lid of the kettle does not close at all, toilet water is constantly flowing, shower drain is almost clogged. I want to say it's otherwise clean but there was a spiderweb hanging above my bed. It feels more like a guesthouse than a hotel.

Everything is very close! It takes 15 minutes to get to the center anywhere, the price is quality!!!

The water costs 4€ per bottle, is very expensive in August and is 3 stars of facilities, breakfast, service and not 4 stars.

Quiet location, at the beginning there were problems when checking in, we also waited at the reception because nobody was there, you should definitely not go there with high expectations, otherwise the nice staff would think twice about going there again

Very quiet, good breakfast, the only downside is a little farther from the station! It's a good choice if you don't have much luggage, overall it's okay👍, the price/performance ratio is acceptable
