Great location

So this is not my first time in this hotel , everything was ok the price also . Only one negative thing I didn’t find soap or shampoo in the bathroom

Very busy area in the city center

The hygiene is just like the hotels near the domestic railway station. It's fine to stay for one night.

The room was spacious and easy to use. The location was within walking distance of Frankfurt's Christmas market, so I could go back to rest if I got tired. Because it was in the city, the voices of drunk people echoed until the morning. I got tired and fell asleep quickly, so this hotel may not be suitable for nervous people. I arrived before check-out and asked to leave my luggage. There was no room to store it in, so I left it exposed in the lobby, with the explanation that it was at my own risk. Nothing was stolen, but there were no lockers nearby, so if you are cautious, you might want to choose a different hotel.

Neat and clean, the service is very good, but I don’t understand their language

During the book fair, due to the surge in demand for rooms, the room rates also rose, reaching a high price of 1,500 yuan. Although I understand that this is the result of market supply and demand, the room conditions did not match the price, which was disappointing. The facilities inside the room were simple and the sanitary conditions were also worrying. In particular, the presence of bedbugs not only affected my sleep quality, but also caused me to have allergies due to insect bites, which undoubtedly cast a shadow on the book fair trip that should have been pleasant. Such an accommodation experience is in sharp contrast to the high price, which is unacceptable. I hope that the hotel can pay attention to and improve these problems to ensure that every guest can enjoy the comfort and safety that matches their price.
