Spa Hotels in Foshan

Though this property is old, they have made an effort to upgrade the rooms and provide a comfortable and welcoming experience. I had some issues a few years back with this property and had to check out ahead of time but there is a distinct improvement in staff training, room presentation and cleanliness and the buffet is now impressive. They do cater for a lot of HK tour groups and conference groups which means it is very busy at meal times, but the food offered at the restaurant now is quite good and there’s a large variety to choose from. Check in and service from the Front desk staff has improved and everyone was super helpful and welcoming this time. Earlier visits a year after covid wasn’t so easy and it was obvious that staff were not used to dealing with foreigners- but this seems to have been addressed and staff were professional, efficient and very helpful when needed. Well done Crowne team Foshan!

It was a pleasant surprise that our room came with free breakfast. Concierge and lobby staff especially friendly and helpful. The hotel is a distance away from Zhumiao station and navigation with luggage was difficult, must walk through an underground garden.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The food was exceptional, and the staff was outstanding. From delectable dishes to impeccable service, they truly impressed me. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience in both culinary delights and attentive hospitality.

Good location, good services and beautiful view to the lakeside. But the room looks a bit old and need renovation.

I can’t say enough good things about my stay at the LN Garden Hotel. The staff are friendly and went out of there way to help me even though I don’t speak Chinese. Each day they happily arranged a car to take me to the golf course and then when I finished golfing, within 10 minutes they had arranged for a car to pick me up. The hotel is clean and comfortable. They have added a pool table, dart boards, and a fusball table to the lobby. During my stay this week I saw families from 4 years old to 70 years old playing these games together. Here in China it’s rare to have the personal service that Garden Hotel shows it’s guests.

Very pretty hotel, located where lourve furniture mall is, it has great accessibility if one’s main objective is to visit these furniture malls. The bedrooms are 4.5meters in height, giving it a magnificient awe and spacious energy. There are room options of various decor theme and we had the modern decor which was an excellent display of the chinese furnitures manufacturing skills. there is a cantonese chinese restnt in the furniture mall, attached to the hotel. Recommended to go if one wants to dine in. Had a few hiccups with the service delivery but it was taken seriously by the hotel mgt and quickly resolved which i deeply appreciated. All in all, it still has one of the better service level vs other hotels in foshan.

We had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Nan Hai hotel during our recent family vacation. The hotel was incredibly well-suited for families - the rooms were spacious and clean, with plenty of space for our family of four. Thank you Alice, the hotel manager, she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering helpful transfer and accommodating our needs promptly. The hotel's breakfast buffet was incredible, offering a wide variety of delicious hot and cold options to fuel us up for our busy days. The kids loved the made-to-order porridge and the selection of fresh pastries. We also enjoyed spending time at the hotel's large, well-maintained kids and standard swimming pool. The kids had a blast splashing around and burning off energy, while we parents were able to relax poolside. The adjoining kids' playroom was an added bonus, providing a fun indoor space for the little ones to play. Overall, the hotel provided an excellent home base for our trip. The combination of comfortable accommodations, attentive service, family-focused amenities like the breakfast and pool, and the kids' playroom made this hotel a perfect choice for our family getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for an stress-free, enjoyable vacation experience. It is very nearby Chimelong theme park as well.

The facilities and buffet breakfast was good. Places were clean. We added a third bed after the initial booking and asked for the third bed to be cancelled one day before our arrival. Unfortunately, the small bed was still in our room when we arrived. We need to ask for its removal two times before it was actually taken away!

The breakfast is very rich! The parking lot security is very considerate! The lobby manager has a very good service attitude! The only shortcoming is that holiday guests do not have a sauna discount, and the experience is not good enough. Suggestions for improvement!

I booked a last minute stay with Sheraton Shunde Hotel as my plan returning to GZ delayed. I find the location is not ideal as firstly it is right in the middle of no where, and there is no convenience stores any near to it. The nearest store is about 400m away which you have to walk past a park that is really dark and feel unsafe at night. Recommending the hotel to have convenience store vendors so that it will be more accessible for guests. Secondly, the air-conditioning in the room is terrible. Despite setting it to the lowest, the room temperature remains at the same and warm throughout the night. As its only a night and we are too tired, we didn't make any feedback directly on it. However I will have to compliment on their service staffs especially Mr. Tyler Hou who assisted me on my request and even helped me to place order on his ** app. The other staffs are also friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciate their helpfulness and excellent service rendered. Keep it up! And do take thr River View room as it comes with a small balcony with splendid view! Loving this as a plus point.
