The reception staff was average and was never smiling, just a neutral look even when talking to me. The hotel was OK but the bathroom was not very clean and had stains on the tile floor and moukd around the sink. The towels were clean, but we're worn out and were tearing when using them. The carpet of the room was very stained. No breakfast option.
I expected a lot more from this hotel, and it does not represent other hotels in this chain brand. It needs a complete renovation

The first time I stayed here, I felt very good and clean, so I booked this hotel again when I passed by Longjiang the second time. I was very disappointed. I booked two rooms. There was a spider on the quilt near the pillow in one room, and there were several hairs on the bed in the second room. Although they later changed our room, the waiter had gone off work and there was only one receptionist. We had a lot of luggage, which was ping-pong and carried back and forth, and we also had a child with us. The impression collapsed instantly
