Secondly, it is a bit superfluous to pay a deposit offline for a hotel of this level... And why do you have to pay an additional deposit if the platform has not already guaranteed and paid it? I don’t understand this service experience. Finally, the executive bed, why can’t even the quilt of the bed be laid neatly and flatly, and the bathroom toiletries are not sealed. It is hard to guarantee that they are opened once.

After staying for one night, the delivery man suddenly knocked on the door and rang the doorbell twice! The second time, the doorbell suddenly rang at 2 o'clock in the middle of the night! I was so scared. I have never experienced such a thing when staying in a hotel. It's too outrageous! First, it is not ruled out that someone maliciously left the wrong room number; (According to the hotel management, it was verified that because someone did not leave a room number for privacy, two different delivery men could directly pass the front desk and come to my room door in the early morning?) There are so many rooms to choose from, but they had to choose my room. Does this logic make sense? Once is a coincidence, twice is definitely not a coincidence. Privacy? What kind of takeaway is shameful to order? Why should I pay for it with other people's sleep. Second, the hotel's takeaway management is poor, and non-guests are allowed to enter the hotel and wander around in the middle of the night, which poses a safety hazard to accommodation. I only slept for two hours from midnight to 2 o'clock. After being woken up by the shock, I was completely sleepy. I didn't want to stay any longer and checked out at 5 o'clock in the morning. All my plans were disrupted. The subsequent apology from the management could not make up for the anger and grievance at that time. We really don't need any unnecessary compensation measures, just to sleep peacefully. I was quite happy in Foshan during the May Day holiday, and I thought the hotel was clean and tidy at first. In the end, I can only blame myself for choosing the wrong hotel.
