I booked a room on a temporary date. It's close to a friend's house. The forest park is only 8 minutes away. It's convenient for travel. Like 1. There is a shopping mall + supermarket downstairs of the hotel. The seafood wholesale market is about 100 meters away from the hotel. Like 2. The room is better than expected. A little thin, but clean and tidy. Like 3. The lady at the front desk helped to move to the 19th floor. The scenery is beautiful. Like 4. The child missed something when checking out. The lady at the front desk helped to find it and arranged for it to be delivered by SF Express to my home. Thank you very much! Like 5...Another very good experience. I will stay here again next time.

Hygiene: Very clean Facilities: Very new, very useful Environment: The room has a great interior, a wide view outside the window, and a lake in the distance. There are restaurants, shopping malls and bars in the building next to the hotel, and there are many parking spaces in the underground parking lot, which is very convenient overall. Service: The front desk was friendly and enthusiastic, and helped to upgrade the room type.

I don’t know when I became more and more fond of staying at Hampton by Hilton. It is a mid-to-high-end business hotel chain brand under the Hilton Group. But I personally feel that I have more expectations for staying at a hotel with a super price. It is extremely cost-effective. It is very comfortable, thanks to the dual-patent certified ecological mattress. It is very comfortable to sleep on, and it feels like coming home. The breakfast samples are abundant and clean. The gym, laundry room and parking lot are independent and convenient. In addition, after a day of traveling with the children, I feel very happy when I see the friendly and thoughtful service at the front desk. The service is always responsive and I am happy to stay here. It is also pleasant. There is definitely a reason why the hotel is developing rapidly in the Chinese market. I would like to commend this store in particular. I hope that we will not forget our original intention and continue to maintain it🥰

1. Cleaniness is superb, but room service changes our towels everyday though our intention is not to change and already followed instruction did not put towels into basket. 2. Bed, pillows and blanket all in top notch quality. 3. Breakfast varieties are good. 4. Using robot for item delivery service to room is convenient and fast. 5. Staff are patient, polite and helpful. Reception staff Rosy who helped to order food delivery is so kind and considerate. 6. One thing I don’t understand is, the “fridge” in room is not for cooling purpose. Checked with hotel staff and told me it is to keep item in “constant temperature”… hmm is there a need to have a “fridge” like this? Anyway hotel provided me with ice cubes hence still resolve my problem. 7. Location wise, though is not as happening as other hotels located at city centre but still managed to find a small convenience store and some eateries nearby.

Booked two twin bed rooms with breakfast. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location of the hotel was around 10 mins from the nearest metro Beijiao Park. Our stay coincided with Mother's Day. On the first day, the breakfast area was overwhelmed with many people waiting for tables and insufficient food. All food were gone by 9:00am even though breakfast was supposed to be served until 10:00am. Breakfast next day was much better - there was food and no crowds! See attached photos.
