Atour Hotels in Foshan

Very well located hotel, been staying at Atour across different cities in China, it’s my always go to choice in mainland China. Clean and spacious, free upgrade to a bathtub room thanks to a friendly recep staff. Will visit again.

The front staff was very helpful and the hotel was clean and modern. It is located in a busy location with a lot of things to do within minutes of walking! Will definitely book again next time we’re back in china!

Very new hotel located in a very strategic location just a short 3 mins walk away from Qinghui Garden. Staff members were very friendly and helpful, and gave wonderful recommendations for sightseeing. The hotel is known for their pillows, and I was pretty impressed after trying it and ended up buying 1 home. I loved the free laundry room, and the staff even helped deliver finished laundry to the room! It was so comfortable that I couldn't help but delay my check-out till the last second. The train station with lift and escalator access was also directly across the road, and there's a McDonald's located just next to the hotel. There was also a night porridge service provided for all guests. Interesting experience, and it was quite a spread as there were different buns provided too. Would stay here again if I return to Shunde.

Strategic location where besides malls and eateries and also just a stone throw away from Beijiao MRT Station. Hotel is new and clean. Staff were friendly and polite. Love the big bed so much!! Highly recommended!!!

Atour Carries its high standard for it customer service and satisfaction, they are still keeping it up and the room and hotel is very good. Only thing is they doesn’t have rain shower and a bit smoky ok thier breakfast area, you can be smell as fried egg smell and etc after you had your breakfast, but the variety of breakfast is excellent with many fruits and selection, thier laundry service is F.O.C. And water botol replenishment is excellent. There’s walking distance to food restaurant and mini mart I will highly recommend you to stay here.

very nice. first time going to foshan, also first time trying Atour. location is good, next to a few malls. service is also good. most impressed was the memory foam pillows and the mattress. the mattress was not too soft. too bad they didn’t have new pillow stocks, otherwise, i would buy their pillow.

This is an Atour Hotel with very good hardware. The lobby is spacious, the washing machine is also very easy to use, the equipment is very complete, facing the luxury residential area, the scenery is very beautiful. It even reached the level of Atour S. And the room for improvement of his front desk service is almost the same as his hardware facilities. It belongs to the type of ”rejection of all requests”. Especially the front desk, it's too bad. If one or two are individual problems, if everyone behaves like this, then there is a problem with the guidance of the current director and the political commissar. As a platinum customer, I have lived in the Guangzhou-Shenzhen war zone so many times. I was surprised to encounter this situation for the first time. The breakfast is very special. If you have high requirements for hardware and no requirements for service, you can choose this hotel. Although I didn't have much contact with the room sister, the service was okay, but next time, don't rush to send clothes to the room, the clothes are not dry.

2nd time staying at an Atour Hotel and it did not disappoint. This was a newer hotel and it had a modern feel. The premises were bright and airy. Rooms were spacious and clean. The reception staff was excellent - they were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety - it was constantly replenished. A big plus for us was the laundry service. The attendant took our laundry and once done, returned to our room in a clean bag. It was great!! As for the location, it was fine for us as we took cabs to get around. There wasn't much in the immediate vicinity but it was only a short cab ride to the sights. Wonderful stay!!

The experience of this Qingju Hotel really redefined my perception of hotel services! After checking out, I found that the smart watch I was carrying was lost! I contacted the hotel, and the front desk lady had been trying to find a way for my lost watch. I had a video call with the lady and saw the staff rummaging through the trash can with their bare hands to help me find the watch. Finally, I finally found the watch in the gap at the back of the toilet. Thank you very much to the hotel staff for helping me find the smart watch! Qingju Hotel will definitely be my first choice for future stays! 👍
