Atour Hotels in Foshan

This is our first stay in Atour Hotel. To our surprise, the hotel is excellent. From front desk to breakfast, the staff services are great. We really enjoy the stay and will recommend this hotel to friends.

This hotel is at a good location about 30 min cab ride from Foshanxi station. The hotel is super clean. my room has two comfy beds. tasty breakfast offered many choices. we used the small gym daily to get a good workout. the staff are super friendly and helpful. love it so much that we became hotel club members!

The hotel is good in general.The staff are great and kind. The room was spacious and clean. However, the location is far away from city centre and attractions. I recommend it if you do not plan on visiting the city and are here for business only and not pleasure.

Came here to watch Li Jian's concert in Foshan! The rooms are all high-rise with a very wide view. Downstairs is Yueran Plaza, which is very convenient for eating and drinking. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Beijiao Park subway station, which is also very convenient for travel. The room is very new overall, and the superior twin room is also quite large. The service attitude of the staff is particularly good! Full score recommendation!

It's been such a long time since I saw this hotel but there's still no review. I've stayed here two or three times and the experience was very good. The room is designed in a simple style, and the bedding and pillows are very comfortable to sleep on. If you get up early to catch a flight, you can make an appointment with the hotel in advance for a ”lu zao” breakfast. There are various types of breakfast, and there are also midnight snacks in the evening.

very nice. first time going to foshan, also first time trying Atour. location is good, next to a few malls. service is also good. most impressed was the memory foam pillows and the mattress. the mattress was not too soft. too bad they didn’t have new pillow stocks, otherwise, i would buy their pillow.

The bed is very soft and the bedding is very comfortable. I slept very well. 3. The soundproofing is very good. During the 3-day stay, I hardly heard any noise from outside or from the neighbors. 4. Perfect service! When you check in at the front desk, they will pour you a cup of hot water. Although it is a self-service laundry, they can also provide room laundry service. There is a ”late night porridge” self-service midnight snack in the evening. If you leave the hotel before 7 o'clock, they can help you pack a breakfast - all the above services are free! When I was leaving, I realized that the puzzle tools I bought could not be taken on the plane. I tried to ask the front desk if they could help me send it. It was no problem at all. The hotel has a very mature processing model and it did not delay my flight at all. In addition, all the hotel staff, no matter what position they are in, will say hello when they see you, which is very heartwarming; the staff's mental outlook is also very good, they look happy, optimistic, and positive, I like this very much. Although some hotels have luxurious facilities, the staff all look very tired and obviously exploited, which makes me feel as if I have become an accomplice while staying there. I really don't like it. This Yaduo is particularly good and everyone seems to be pretty good. The minor shortcomings are: 1. The location is not particularly good, and you still have to rely on taxis to get around. There are no supporting facilities nearby; but if you only consider taking a taxi, it is not too bad. It takes about ten minutes to take a taxi to each attraction, which is not particularly far. 2. The room cleaning could be more thorough. I didn't look closely on the first day. On the second day, when I took a shower and took a towel from the cabinet under the sink, I found a pair of used socks in a compartment. I guess they were left by the previous guest and I didn't notice them when cleaning. When I came back on the third night, I closed the door and found half a bottle of mineral water lying on the floor behind the door (not the kind in the room, and I didn't buy it either). It might have fallen when cleaning. It's not a big deal, but it could be more detailed 😊 3. My sweater shrunk when I sent it to the laundry and dryer 🤣 But this is mainly my own fault for not telling me about it. I thought the staff would have different washing methods for different fabrics, so I didn't say much. It would be nice if you could ask guests if there is anything in their clothing that needs special washing in the future. Of course, the laundry room is self-service, and helping with laundry is just a more thoughtful service provided by the hotel. This was mainly due to my own negligence. All in all, it is still a very good hotel. I recommend it to friends who come to Foshan.

Environment: The hotel is near Ronggui Fisherman's Wharf, and it takes 10 minutes to walk to Fisherman's Wharf. It is good for leisure self-driving tours. If you don't drive yourself, it's a bit troublesome to get to the subway. Facilities: The room facilities are basically complete, and the drinks in the mini bar are free, which is good. The only drawback is that there is no place to put clothes in the shower room. It is a bit embarrassing to get dressed after taking a shower. You have to wait until the children fall asleep before taking a shower. I hope the hotel can improve it. Hygiene: The room hygiene is not bad. Service: When checking in, the front desk staff patiently introduced the hotel facilities and the service was satisfactory. There is also breakfast for 48 yuan per person, which is good value for money. And the view by the window is very good, it is worth a visit.

The shower head in the shower room has sufficient water power, the water temperature in the shower room is just right, the shower gel in the shower room smells good, the shower conditioner in the shower room is very useful, and the skin is smooth and tender after use. The shower space is large and comfortable, the light in the shower room is very bright, the shower room is very clean, the toilet in the shower room has sufficient water power, and it will automatically heat up. There is also a sensor light at the bottom of the shower room at night, which is very considerate. The toilet next to the shower room also has alcohol cotton pads, which are very considerate and hygienic. There is also free self-service porridge and steamed food on the first floor at night, and the taste is very good. In addition, the front desk clerks Jinyu and Haoyuan are very warm and thoughtful, and the self-service tea in the lobby is very delicious. The service is very good. I will come again next time.
