The screen projection feature is excellent; it's much gentler on children's eyes than a traditional TV. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, provided fantastic service and were incredibly responsive. I found the pillows super comfortable, the shower gel cleaned well and smelled lovely, and I was so impressed by the hairdryer that I'm actually considering buying one myself! The overall environment was superb.

Having previously stayed at another hotel, I found the service and design here to be much more personalized and conducive to a comfortable stay. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, greeting me warmly every time I passed by – sometimes I almost felt a little shy from all the attention! 😂 This was my first stay at an Atour hotel, and this particular branch is newly opened, so all the facilities are brand new. While the room wasn't huge, it was incredibly comfortable, and the lobby was equally inviting. Given its location, you'd naturally expect some noise disturbance from the road and being right above a subway line. However, the bedding was exceptionally comfortable, and with the earplugs thoughtfully provided in the room, even I, a notoriously light sleeper, managed to get a good night's rest. My favorite features included the hot water system, which offered the perfect temperature with a single button press, eliminating the need for constant adjustments. The bathroom also came equipped with a retractable clothesline that didn't get in the way while showering. The exhaust fan was impressively powerful; I washed some small laundry items around midday, and they were practically dry by the afternoon. Moreover, the electric kettle had a temperature control function, which was incredibly convenient, as I didn't have to boil water every time and then wait for it to cool down. A complimentary late-night snack was offered during my stay. While simple, it was certainly sufficient, and the selection of items varied slightly each evening. My only minor feedback would be that one night, due to understaffing, it opened half an hour late, and some of the snacks weren't quite warm enough – perhaps not fully heated. Additionally, some guests didn't close the lids after serving themselves. It goes without saying that the hotel boasts a prime location; Lingnan Tiandi and Zumiao Temple are literally just a few steps away. Just a small suggestion: perhaps the tea could be provided in tea bag form. Cleaning the loose tea leaves from the teapot always requires rinsing in the sink, which could potentially lead to residue clogging the drain.

This Atour in Shunde truly stands out; the service here is hands down the best I've experienced at any Atour hotel. From the welcoming staff at check-in to the room's facilities and spaciousness, everything exceeded my expectations. The housekeeping staff were incredibly polite too. One housekeeper even proactively asked if my laundry was ready and offered to bring it back to my room so I wouldn't have to wait. I was genuinely surprised and impressed – not only did she deliver it, but she had also folded everything neatly! Such thoughtful service! I was so impressed that I immediately extended my stay for two more nights and cancelled my reservations at other hotels! I highly, highly recommend this place! Trust me, you absolutely won't be disappointed. Plus, it's conveniently located right next to an excellent shopping mall and an entertainment complex. It's a fantastic spot with everything you need for dining, shopping, and entertainment all in one place!

Atour Carries its high standard for it customer service and satisfaction, they are still keeping it up and the room and hotel is very good. Only thing is they doesn’t have rain shower and a bit smoky ok thier breakfast area, you can be smell as fried egg smell and etc after you had your breakfast, but the variety of breakfast is excellent with many fruits and selection, thier laundry service is F.O.C. And water botol replenishment is excellent. There’s walking distance to food restaurant and mini mart I will highly recommend you to stay here.

Strategic location where besides malls and eateries and also just a stone throw away from Beijiao MRT Station. Hotel is new and clean. Staff were friendly and polite. Love the big bed so much!! Highly recommended!!!

Stayed here with our child, and the experience far exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely choose this place again! The hotel's location is superb, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station and very close to Jinbang Food Street. There are plenty of convenient dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and spotless, with soft and comfortable bedding. The excellent soundproofing ensured a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbances. The front desk staff were warm and professional. The breakfast spread was varied, and the made-to-order noodle bar was a particularly comforting and thoughtful touch. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

On a last-minute trip to Shunde to meet friends, I chose Atour Shunde Fisherman's Wharf for its convenient location near our meeting spot. Check-in was seamless, and the welcoming staff were excellent. When it unexpectedly rained one evening, I went to borrow an umbrella from the front desk, and they impressively knew our room number right away. The next day, I requested a late check-out due to travel plans, and they handled it very efficiently. These small details truly showcased the front desk team's professionalism and excellent training. Many thanks to them! Turning to the room, it offered a stunning river view, comfortable bedding, new furnishings, and a shower with great water pressure and consistent temperature. The location is fantastic; within a 20-minute walk, you can reach Xinjiu Road, Fisherman's Wharf, and the Diesel Engine Plant. I haven't stayed at Atour hotels much in the past, but it will definitely be my top choice for future trips. The option for late check-out until 2:00 PM (subject to availability) was also a fantastic convenience.

Little Miss Qixi is really great. I am a foreign guest who came to the hotel and couldn't order takeout. I was so hungry that I felt dizzy. Little Miss Qixi helped me order food and delivered it to my room. She also took care of me and prepared porridge and pastries for me in the evening. As a foreign guest, I am very grateful to her for ordering takeout for me. I couldn't pay her, but she didn't blame me and kindly let me eat first without worrying about the money. I really appreciate her. I stayed for two consecutive nights, and on the second night, she took the initiative to send me a message to check on me and take me out to find food. She kindly helped me solve the problem. As a foreign guest, I really appreciate her care. It makes me feel at home in this country. I hope she will get better and better, and I hope Yadu will get better and better.

45min car ride from Baiyun Airport Guangzhou to hotel. Check in was smooth but staff english is totally zero. Used translation a few times. Had a taobao ordered and staff received for me so I just go to desk and claim it . Rooms are spacious and considerably clean. There is daily supper of porridge and dessert. I like that they replenish bottled tea daily.

very nice. first time going to foshan, also first time trying Atour. location is good, next to a few malls. service is also good. most impressed was the memory foam pillows and the mattress. the mattress was not too soft. too bad they didn’t have new pillow stocks, otherwise, i would buy their pillow.
