I DIDN'T USE THE HOTEL BECAUSE I DIDN'T TRAVEL. I'm very sad for you. I tried to cancel the reservation and I couldn't. The system doesn't allow cancellation. SHAME!!! I'll NEVER book a hotel with you again. It was the first and last time!!!
