Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown Hotel Reviews

Very comfortable hotel. Beds were great not too soft or too firm, pillows were soft, not the hard hotel pillows!  Food was not very good though, and the coffee weak. Disappointed that there was no outdoor pool, and that it was Vallet parking only! We parked on the street very close to hotel and got a parking ticket one day, but it still ended up being cheaper than their Vallet Parking! Unfortunately it colored my view of the Sheraton.  I'll might find another hotel next time.

The Hotel was amazing, the front desk was very helpful and incredibly professional. I would 10/10 stay with them again. I enjoyed my stay and can’t wait to go back.

Good service, clean, but the swimming pool is under maintenance, overall satisfactory.

The hotel is being renovated, and the soft furnishings of the rooms look very new. The sound insulation is relatively poor, and the crying of children and the voices of people in the corridor can be heard clearly. There will be a sudden sound of equipment running in the room, and I don't know what it is. affect sleep. The bathroom wasn't cleaned and there were hairs and whatnot. Across the street is the Water Garden, which is convenient for sightseeing. It is also close to the train station. Great location.
