The location is next to the end station of the tram which connects you to the city center (santa maria station) and villa costanza for bus service. Well, a trade-off between the price and convenience in florence city center. The amenities are lacking like hygienic items or kettle but otherwise fairly neat with a nice view from the room.

Decent hotel which is not your typical five star hotel. Very good for budget travellers if they are looking to stay in florence. wont recommend if you use the hotel for anything other than sleep at night. Not much amenities and not great room. We used it for typical sleep and go out travel so we loved it for that since its super cheap. AC worked excellent in 39 degree peak florence climate. You can fill water by asking at reception.

The environment is good, it is clean and tidy, staff is nice. Toilet is a bit old but overall is decent

There are towels, hair dryers, shower gel, and TVs in the rooms, but no slippers. For a single person traveling, it is a good choice to find a cheap place to sleep for one night.

Although a little far from the center, there is a T1 line that makes it easier to get there, very friendly and clean, nothing to question.
