Front desk is friendly and helpful, breakfast is an added value, location near train station, easy access to other city nearby like Pisa leaning tower, walking distances from place of interest in Florence.

Breakfast was good, lots of options. location was excellent- right by the train station and bus stop for day trips. The service was nice and the gave us complimentary treats! It’s quite modern and so some of the lights were confusing but we enjoyed our stay.

Super nice staff and location is good! Very close to train station and central market, both are 5 mins walking distance from hotel! Breakfast is simple, small choices of food but it’s acceptable. Just the room are kinda too small for 2 person and can hear the noise from neighbors.

The counter staff was very friendly. Even when I returned to the hotel at 11pm, there were still people on duty, which made me feel safe and secure. The welcome candies at the counter are delicious, the breakfast options are also very good, the bed in the room is very comfortable, the hotel is close to the station, there is an elevator so you don't have to carry your luggage up and down. Overall, this is a highly recommended room A hotel for tourists to stay.

Excellent! Upon arrival, they took note for us to check in and as it was early they kept our bags for us. Later, when they arrived they were already in the room. We found some sweets at the door, with a personalized dedication to us, a great detail! When we left, they also kept more bags for us until it was time for our train. Very kind, friendly and generous workers. It is not found everywhere. Great facilities and sublime breakfast! I would repeat without hesitation.
