飯店服務人員，跟位置，還有設備都很不錯，服務人員很專業非常專業，也很細心跟有禮貌跟我介紹飯店設備，照片跟網站訂購的一模一樣，唯一要吐槽一下，就是如果用地圖到網站飯店位置的朋友們，請在導航apps上搜尋皇家飯店 或者hotel royal，拿鑰匙的前台在這家酒店，之後會有工作人員再帶你過去入住

酒店位置距離火車站大概步行10分鐘路程，到達酒店後需要繼續進行前行大概5分鐘的路程辦理Check in，然後酒店工作人員會帶你回到房間。服務方面沒有什麼問題，酒店每天都會打掃房間補足備品，整體還是不錯。唯一的缺點，這次定的酒店房間裏沒有帶洗手間，需要出房間走幾步路，是單獨獨立的衞生間，每天上洗手間偷感有點重，其他沒有什麼問題。

從來沒有提供過皇家別墅就是皇家B&B是同一個所 因為酒店入住都是寫皇家B&B 不清楚之前訪客如何找得到入住手續，本人覺得非常繁複 好彩撞正清潔員工 根本就是皇家別墅是一所酒店 B&B完全是另一個位置有三間房就是 房間很大舒服的 我訂了外帶洗手間 開頭以為睡房外面 但是有點奇怪的 因為隔壁有另一間房 之後先到自已廁所 廁所隔離是別人房間 所以其實出入不方便 你感覺着住睡衣去廁所會有其他兩個訪客出入撞見🤣

Just amazing. Check in was at Hotel VIlla Royal, and we were escorted just a corner away, to our lodging. It is a big palazzo. and our room was on the groung floor, just 4 stairs up from ground floor. Everything was explained to us. The room was very comfortable, clean and very quiet. The location was in Piazza Indipendenza, jsut 10 minutes away from SM Novella Station. and 5 minutes from the Mercato. Within the area, there are a couple of restaurants and bars too, so if you dont want to go in the historic centre, you can easily dine in the area. On the morning of checkout, we left our luggage at the hotel, and picked them up later. Very friendly staff. Would definitly visit again and recommend it.
