Very old, very chain hotel Garden Inn Good part: if you have veeeery late or early flight it will be fine, also they have 24-hours free shuttle service Everything else is nothing to talk about Overpriced

The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. The only reason to book this hotel is we arrived at 2330 nighttime and to catch an early train the next morning. Very easy to find the free shuttle bus stop. Right on the opposite road of entrance/exit 3 in Terminal 3. The hotel is super clean. And can get on the shuttle to airport the next morning. Highly recommended.

We had a one night stay in Rome before we flew back to the USA. We were very pleased with the hotel. The airport shuttle was a free service that was available 24 hours a day. The room was clean and was adequate in size. We had a drink at the bar which included snack with our drinks, ate dinner at the resturant and had a full breakfast in the morning. Service was very good for all three. I would stay there again if I needed a room between flights.

Sufficient for short transit, when you have late night or early flight. Will not be good for many days sightseeing in Rome. Free shuttle service from to the airport available 24/7, every 15 minutes

Although the hotel may appear to be quite dated, the service level of the hotel staff is good and the room has all the amenities a traveller look for. It was a very comfortable 1 night stay for us.

Wait for one hour check in to Hilton Garden Inn Rome Airport+find out suppose a credit card imprint which indicate EUR 9, but at the end charge to my credit card Lack of front office staff, no where to be seen a duty manager to explain the situtation. Waiting at the reception for more than 40 minutes and counting for my stayed on 28 May 2023. The receptionist claim that the system is down so if the system is not back on until certain of time what you gonna do? They offer me to sit and wait but not even a bottle of water or offer a late check out.

The room is quite spacious and the facilities are good. There are three features. First, the breakfast is good, with hand-brewed coffee and fresh juice. Second, there is a food sales area in the lobby, which has salads and frozen pasta. A room a little further away has two microwaves to heat these pasta. Third, the transportation is convenient. There are two free circular bus lines at Rome Airport, one of which ends at this hotel. Get on the bus at the A8 stop opposite Gate 3 of T3, and go to the end of the bus to reach the hotel. You don't have to worry about overdoing it in the middle. The bus is BYD, with a lot of space and can accommodate many people. It runs every 15 minutes and the journey is also 15 minutes.

The only advantage is the 24-hour airport shuttle. When you come out of Gate 3 on the arrival floor of T3, you can see the shuttle bus stop opposite, which runs every fifteen minutes. The hotel itself is understaffed, and you have to wait in line to check in at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. There are no facilities worth mentioning.

A bit pricey, wish it was cheaper. The room was clean and spacious, and I was able to relax in the bathtub before my super early flight in the morning. We were provided with a bottle of water each in the room. The water pressure in the shower was good. The microwave on the first floor was also very convenient. We left just after 3am, and the shuttle to the airport arrived on time (every 15 minutes, every hour at midnight, 15 minutes, 30 minutes and 45 minutes), and after about a 10-minute ride, we arrived at the arrivals level of Fiumicino Airport Terminal 3 (the departure level is upstairs). We had to wait in line for a while at the hotel to check in, but other than that, everything was smooth!

The Hilton Garden Inn at the airport is very convenient. It is very close to the airport and there is a free shuttle bus. It is very suitable for a stopover. The hotel breakfast is also good. We chose to stay here for one night as we were catching a flight early the next morning and the experience was great.

The hotel is nice. Although the location is a bit remote, there is a free shuttle bus to and from the airport, which is very convenient.

It really is a Hilton hotel! The staff were amazing! I arrived in Rome late at night, but the shuttle bus stop was easy to find and I was able to get to the hotel safely ☆ If you watch the hotel's Instagram reel, it's easy to see how to get on the shuttle bus!

Although the reviews didn't seem good before, I was actually quite pleasantly surprised. First of all, it is definitely convenient. There is a shuttle directly to the airport. You can cross the road outside the passenger terminal with clear signs and you will not miss it. Although there is a stop in the middle, the hotel sign is very obvious and you still have to drive in and stop, so there is no need to worry about missing the stop. The hotel staff was very patient and generally answered questions about the shuttle schedule, which was very numerous. The restaurant on the first floor is quite good for both dinner and breakfast. It is worth mentioning that there are three types of coffee machines for breakfast. If you stay for one night during your transit, this is really a good choice!
