Good location near Train Station. Easy to travel on the Train to other places like Venice and Bologna. Hotel tidy. Staff very good and helpful in restaurant, bar and reception. Breakfast was good.

Good price quality, location good if you arrive by train. A pitty they cut cost on the shower. When you shower the entire bathroom floor changes into a swimming pool

The room is nice. Although it is not very big, it is well equipped. There are many towels. It is very clean and comfortable. We also met a tour group here. It is very cost-effective.

The location is great, 1 minute from Ferrara Station. However, it is a bit far from the city center, but it is a small city, so it is not a big problem. However, there are some dangerous-looking people in front of the train station, but most of the central stations are similar. The facilities are good, clean, and I would definitely visit again. However, the breakfast is just so-so. ㅎ Pretty good and have a mind to rejoin. Most of the things are good, just I thought breakfast needs to be renewed :D

The city tax was charged twice and the check-out time was delayed.

Perfect hotel...located just outside the station and about 15 minutes from the center of Ferrara...the walk to the city center was very pleasant...We also had dinner and the service was impeccable...various and assorted breakfasts enough... nothing to say.... TO BE REPEATED

The hotel is a safe oasis right across the Ferrara train station. This makes it a perfect choice if you arrive/leave late or very early in the morning by train or bus. The center of the city can be reached in about 20 min by foot. The building is well maintained. My room was very nice, facing the back street, which means it was quiet. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and polite. Thank you!

Premium Room small and dull. Very firm mattress which may not suit everybody. No control over heating/cooling. No working phone to call reception. Close to Station which was great for day trips to Padua, Bologna, Ravenna. Easy bus access into Ferrara Centro Storico (or 15-20 min walk.). Quiet, with nice staff.

This is my go to when I need to use the train in Ferrara. The staff here are very kind and very welcoming. Highly recommended. The lobby is clean, bright and cheerful, and you can almost roll out of bed onto the train. I’m saying more things to hit the 200 characters because I don’t know what else to say.

Radisson Ferrara is located opposite the Ferrara train station, just 2 minutes walk away. This makes it ideal as a base station from which to explore nearby cities. There is a supermarket and a few restaurants within 5 mins walk. The old town center is a further 20-30 mins walk away. The room provided was mostly clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. The bathroom was very nice with good supply of hot water. The only minor gripe is that the TV offered mostly local stations. There was an ability to cast your mobile device but annoyingly the pairing code was alphanumeric while my device also issues numeric. The staff was mostly very helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good, with an adequate range of cereals, hot food and fruits. The first 2 mornings, we were offered espresso based drinks which was very good. But the 3rd morning, despite asking several times, the only coffee available was via the machine, dispensing "American coffee". The staff must have a very poor opinion of American coffee as the product spewed out by the machine was truly dreadful! It was so bad that if I did not encounter that coffee, I would have awarded the hotel a full 5 stars.

The hotel itself was great and clean and great breakfast. The only issue was the location with homeless people outside all day.
