Family-friendly Hotels in Fenghuang

The location of the hotel is right in the center of the ancient town . They have concierge to pick us up from the drop off point . It is a short distance of walk to reach the hotel . The view from the room is perfect and we even got upgraded with a balcony room . We are also offered a complimentary pick up and drop off from train station . The only downside about this hotel is overall the facility is slightly old but pretty well kept . If you want an early rest just take note the music level is really loud from outside and no much sound proof . Music will stop right at 1130pm.

The hotel is located next to the ancient city. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to the core area, but it is only a few dozen meters to the maglev station. The room was very clean, and the hotel also provided free fruit and baked sweet potatoes, which were delicious.

The hotel is close to the Fog bridge in the Fenghuang ancient city. My room has the river view and two balconies, which is excellent for night view of the city. The room is spacious enough for four adults, but needs to share for one bathroom. The breakfast buffet only offered a simple Chinese breakfast with limited varieties. The hotel room was quiet at night time. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. The restaurant was excellent and offered authentic Hunan style food. Overall, this hotel experience was excellent.

The location is very convenient, right by the Tuojiang River. The boss helped with the luggage and booked show tickets at a discounted price. I was very grateful. He also upgraded me to a better room. It was very pleasant to sit on the balcony. However, the hotel's pricing strategy is: first publish at a high price, and then reduce the price if all the reservations are not made. The reservations made at the high price in the beginning cannot be cancelled, and the price difference cannot be refunded. It feels like people who booked many days ago are being punished. I hope this will improve.

Highly recommended this hotel !! Very good location & the view from balcony is so amazing. Besides of that, their pretty staff 小滕 is very friendly & lovely. Guided me how to play with the route when I arrived the hotel. We are from Thailand, self-guided travel with family. We spent 1 night here in 2 separated rooms. Location 10/10 : We love it here. This hotel is not in the heart of the village area but it's just perfect. It's on the west wing but not too west, you can easily reach the center by walking. And this area is not very loud as center that has many pub and bar. The street behind the hotel has many store such as drugstore, convenient store and simple restaurant. Service 9/10 : The hotel maids here are very strong. They helped carry the luggage up to your room and give the advice. They can also recommend restaurant and activity to you if you ask. Cleanliness 9/10 : They did well both inside the room and public area. Even the terrace and balcony. The hotel look new and modern inside too. Facilities 9/10 : This room is on the 3rd floor. It's the room with balcony. We can sit and see the scenery. Very relax there. They provide the helpful service in pick up and drop off too.

The sanitation is relatively clean. It is a two-story house with a circular steel structure + glass. The first floor is the bathroom and living room, and the second floor is the room. Advantages: The room type is special and children like it. It is located in Nanhua Mountain. You can overlook the night view of the ancient city from the room. You can also lie on the bed to enjoy the scenery by opening the curtains. It feels pretty good. The hotel is right by the Hongqiao River. There is a dedicated housekeeper who can help you book tickets. Disadvantages: The room is on the mountain. Although there is an elevator, it takes more than 1 minute to walk. It is also a challenge to return to the hotel to rest after a day of sightseeing or halfway. The bathroom is indeed a bit small, the drainage is a bit not very good, and there is no place to put toiletries.

I recently stayed at this hotel. The good news is that the place was pretty clean, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. However, the bad news is that the whole hotel reeked of smoke, thanks to the chain-smoking neighbors. The lobby, hallways, canteen, and even my room were all filled with that nasty smell.

A beautiful space of tranquility within 50 steps to the busy nightlife scenes. Very convenient. Walk straight to the most enchanting pier spot. P.S. Love the designs and decorations. And coffee, and pets, and the host. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ to the hot shower.

The facilities in the room are complete and of high quality, and the smart devices added a lot of convenience to my stay. The scenery outside the window can either see the meandering Tuojiang River or appreciate the simple buildings of the ancient city. Every scene is as beautiful as a postcard. 💁♀️Attentive service: The hotel staff are warm and thoughtful. From the patient answers at the front desk when checking in, to helping to plan the route to visit the ancient city, to the thoughtful special snacks provided, every move made me feel like home. During my trip, I accidentally got my clothes wet. After the staff learned about it, they quickly helped me dry it and solved my urgent need. This kind of meticulous care really touched me. This stay at Shanshui Lianxin Resort Hotel in Fenghuang Ancient City is an extremely beautiful memory of my trip. It is like a bright pearl, embedded in the beautiful land of Fenghuang Ancient City.
