Stayed here before. The car park is not the easiest to park with a van and you need to pay £6. Reception always has a warm greeting. Room clean and tidy. Although a little noisy as it had a door with the ajoining room. Breakfast was good, apart from milk issue with coffee machine.

Meeting the standard and our expectation of IGH. Restaurants nearby and good breakfast from hotel. Parking is so easy and inexpensive…

Large room, very clean with everything you need (complimentary tray, iron and ironingboard etc). Very good breakfast Frienly staff.

All staff excellent only issue we had was travel cot - the mattress was so worn out and they obviously realised this as had been padded with towels and a large sheet all of which made it very susceptible to SIDS - we asked for a duvet to help pad it which helped and made sure tucked in securely but maybe invest in new bases.  Apart from that majority of staff couldn’t have been more helpful

It was a good and pleasant stay. There was a leak in the roof due to a severe rain but the staff gave us a new room quickly. The rooms were clean and tidy

Great value for money, super clean, incredibly friendly staff and decent business breakfast. As a long female traveller I felt safe and comfortable.

Quick check in, spotless room, polite staff and great value with breakfast included. Regular customer of hotel and always good experience. Since last stay breakfast more organised. Can't fault it for money.

We always stay whenever we do trade show in Exeter

I was surprised I had to pay for parking at this hotel with only the hotel and a restaurant on site. I have stayed at dozens of similar style motels all over the country but never had to pay for parking. I had booked an accessible room for my own reasons but the receptionist looked at me and asked if I really needed an accessible room and suggested I change to a regular room. I didn't feel like arguing with her so went with her suggestion as I didn't wanted to explain why I had chosen an accessible room and paid for that choice.

Staff was very kind. good value.

It is very convenience because there is a bus from Heathrow airport to Exeter. The bus stop is 5mins walk to the hotel. They have the normal breakfast every morning.

People here are exceptional. Nikki is so kind. Helped a lot.
