Convenient to bus terminal and metro station but a bit far to attractions. Air-con, hot shower, bed linen are good.

Near the main train station and metro station. Buses to airport are 2000 Chilean dollars and right across the street. Located near a mall and felt safe.

The location is near the bus station, in a community area, near a shopping mall. When I arrived, it was not yet check-in time, so I could leave my luggage. The staff provided friendly service.

The room is clean and bright, with clean windows and tables. The sheets and quilts are soft and comfortable. The location is excellent. It is opposite the bus terminal and the terminal of the airport bus. It is the best choice for friends traveling by plane. There is a bakery next to the hotel, which is convenient for life.

A standard international chain economy hotel, but the front desk staff is very good, recommended

The facilities are okay, the restaurant is on the second floor. Before the National Day, we specially invited a folk dance performance, which was quite considerate. There is a cooperative travel agency at the front desk, the prices are pretty good, and they also provide a lot of travel information. The only problem is that the area is not very safe.

A very average hotel. Pros: free parking, convenient if you need the city center, relatively clean. Cons: shampoo and its quality, no hair conditioner, slippers, tired rooms, very monotonous breakfast and the second time you don't really want to go to it, often something is missing from the already small selection. But it is included in the price. We definitely wouldn't pay extra for it. Overall, it's okay to spend the night, but definitely not the best hotel. For a small price, ok.

The hotel is surrounded by a good environment, and it is convenient to eat around. There is a large shopping mall across the road. The breakfast variety is OK, the service staff is warm and friendly, and the overall satisfaction is good.

The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff were friendly and smiley, which made me feel at ease. The view from the window in the hallway was beautiful.
