There is no air conditioning and it is very hot in the room, which is not good. It takes about thirty or forty minutes to drive to the Munich exhibition hall. The hotel is on the side of the main road and is very quiet after closing the windows. I couldn't find any staff after 11:30 pm, and no one answered the hotel's emergency phone number, which was inconvenient.

Perfect location for Theme Erding, either on foot or a short taxi ride. Incredibly close to the train station. Bed comfort is 10/10; breakfast was very satisfying for an extra 14 Euro pp extra. Highly recommended, as the hotel at Theme Erding is very expensive!

The room I stayed in was quite large and it was kept quite clean.There was a large dresser in my room so plenty of space for clothes. It was also very warm, which was great on colder nights, but i could see it being a problem during warmer weather. Bathroom was nice and well kept. There is a train station just outside the hotel which is very handy, although there is some noise. I stayed here during Oktoberfest and the train can take you right into the city, the festival is then a short walk away

The hotel is old, bad maintained and also not very well clean. It needs for sure to be renewed. The location is not bad, not so far from Munich exhibition centre. The car park is not very big and in case of late arrival could be hard to find a place. I cannot comment the breakfast because not done at the hotel.

Hotel room vay too small for family. Old furniture, carpets, cutrains, everything. Due to old/worn it looked dirty. Sink was not cleamed for a while. View outside of the window right to the rail track (some 2-3m max which was not mentiomed anywhere before booking. Electronic door mechanism broken, got into the room only after 5th - 10th time. Parking oitside too small for all visitors and nex to the garbage bins. Have not tried even to drive in underground parking. Basically we straight away went ro much better hotel in all terms.

My girlfriend and I were in Erding for the thermal baths. We booked the Hotel Azimut as a place to sleep. Unfortunately, we realized too late that the hotel is right next to the train tracks, which is why we couldn't cancel. Personally, I wouldn't go here again because we had a few problems. For example, we got a different room to the one we had booked in the description. We booked a room with a red couch and a desk, a partially red wall behind the bed, and we got a room with no desk and no couch, but with two armchairs that we didn't want at all. The room itself looked completely different in terms of design and furnishings. When I asked if there might have been a mistake with the room allocation, we were told that everything was fine. On the last day, when we went to breakfast, we passed a room that looked exactly like the one my girlfriend and I booked but didn't get. There was also no bag by the trash can. When I asked about it, the answer was (unfortunately we don't have trash bags) and we had to drink from the same glass for three days without it being changed. It's extremely difficult to sleep on the train, it was unbearably loud, the breakfast was okay, it wasn't anything special, the hotel staff could barely speak German or only spoke broken German. Overall I'm extremely disappointed, we could have had a great Airbnb apartment with the money, with a full kitchen etc.

I stayed in this hotel with my boyfriend for three nights and I have to say that I was very disappointed with what we found. We got a completely different room to the one we had booked, there weren't even any garbage bags which we had to buy ourselves, the hotel staff and the reception don't speak German very well... The rooms are clean, the breakfast is simple but still delicious and there is a lot of choice from bread to yoghurt and muesli. Despite everything I have just said, I have come to the conclusion that I will not visit this hotel next time because I can get something else for the same price.

We booked a night at the Hotel Azimut for the following day at short notice late in the evening. I received an email from Hotelbird GmbH saying that I could already check in online. I did this and also gave my credit card details for payment. Then another email came with a QR code that I should scan on arrival to get my key. I thought of a box, like the one you see when you check in and no one is there. So I didn't worry about the arrival time. It said there, scan the code in the lobby and get the key... We had been to the thermal baths beforehand and then got to the hotel around 10 p.m. The man at the reception asked me if I had checked in online. I said yes. He said that he was just closing the day and we would have to wait 15 minutes. He couldn't give me a key and we couldn't get into the underground car park we had booked yet. There was also no key box anywhere. After a while, I was supposed to scan the code with another cell phone (in this case my partner's). How could I have scanned the code if I had been alone??? Unfortunately, nothing happened when I scanned it. It just said something about Apple Wallet. I don't have an Apple phone. I don't know if it would have worked with that. No hot water; Dirty room; When we checked in we were given the wrong room number/written on the key card, so other guests came into the room at night and we couldn't lock it from the inside!

Personal spricht nur gebrochen Deutsch, zudem ist das Hotel in einem sehr maroden Zustand. Das Zimmer roch bei der Anreise als hätte man es 10 Wochen nicht gelüftet. Der Teppichboden hatte einige flecken. Im Bad wurde anscheinend noch nie gründlich geputzt, an den Wasserhähnen und in der Dusche alte Kalkflecken. Als wir das alles gesehen haben, haben wir wieder ausgeheckt bzw. die Zimmerkarte einfach an der Rezeption abgeben haben, da die Rezeption seit 20 Minuten nicht mehr besetzt war. Katastrophales Hotel!

Ich war zusammen mit meinem Freund 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel in Erding und ich muss leider sagen, dass ich sehr enttäuscht war von dem was uns erwartet hat. Die Zimmer sind nicht wirklich sauber, alter Teppich, Farbe fehlte an der Wand. Es gab keine Mülltüten in den Mülleimern, 3 kleine Beutel für Damenhygieneartikel, die auch nach dem Zimmerservice am nächsten Tag nicht aufgefüllt wurden, Kosmetiktücher im Bad wurden auch nicht aufgefüllt. Die Mitarbeiter in dem Hotel, aber auch die Rezeption sprechen nicht so gut Deutsch, zumindest hat man den Eindruck, dass bei Kritik auf Stur geschalten wird. Den gebuchten Obstkorb hatten wir, nicht wie gebucht, bei Anreise auf dem Zimmer sondern mussten an der Rezeption nachfragen. Dort wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir diesen am nächsten Tag nach dem Frühstück erhalten. Da nach erfolgten Zimmerservice am nächsten Tag immer noch kein Obstkorb im Zimmer Stand wurde uns auf erneute Nachfrage mitgeteilt, dass ein Mitarbeiter erst dafür einkaufen gehen muss... Den Obstkorb hatten wir dann am Abend vor Abreise im Zimmer... Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach gehalten, kein Obst (nur aus der Dose), keine Beschriftung bei Wurst/Käse, Rührei, was wahrscheinlich Stunden warmgehalten wird, ohne dass Personal nach dem Rechten schaut. Allgemein wurde an beiden Tagen von uns kein Personal beim Frühstück gesehen, dass nach leeren Teller geschaut hat und die Platten aufgefüllt hat. Wir sind zu dem Entschluss gekommen, dass wir dieses Hotel und auch alle anderen Hotels der Kette nicht mehr buchen werden. Für den Preis bekommt man deutlich besseren Service. Schade dass die Plattform über die wir gebucht haben ein viel zu gutes Bild vom Hotel erscheinen lässt. Bilder sind schon älter und entsprechen nicht mehr dem Zustand des Hotels.

Einfach alles super gut geklappt! Nur 1 Nacht verbracht, aber dies mit vollster Zufriedenheit! Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich, alles ansprechend angerichtet, Personal sehr aufmerksam, sehr ruhige Atmosphäre
