Was a good stay . I wish the booking app informed us that the hot tub wasn't operational too bad. Other then that was just fine

Staff was friendly, the room was nice, even had a balcony. They are currently under construction so the pool wasnt available, didnt see anywhere that it wasnt when i booked the hotel room. Was one of the main reasons i had wanted to stay at this hotel. But other than that was a good stay.

You get what you pay for. Management only showed an interest when I got a refund through trip.com and booked elsewhere.

We stayed because it was convenient to our event. Unfortunately the hotel had just been bought by a different company. The staff were trying their best, but we were disappointed. The line to check-in took over an hour, our booking wasn't in their new booking system, and the pub/restaurant services were closed. To be fair, they did honour our booking (at the same price), and Trip.com was able to reimburse us the cost of the first booking. But we were not impressed.
