We had a fab stay at this accommodation. Easy to find parking and easy to check in. The location was pretty central to everything and there is plenty of bus services to all the landmarks. Will definitely be staying here again and can highly recommend.

Lovely guest house, great for getting into centre of town either walking or buses. Big rooms clean and tidy. Shopping centre only 10 minutes away

Fantastic guest house. Gentleman at the front sweeping the drive helped us contact owner for PIN number for key box inside door. Easy enough anyway, but he helped out all the same. Stayed in room 8. The cleanest and nicest room with lovely en suite. Walked in to the Royal Mile which was a hike about half hour, but had the energy then. Got number 3 bus back, buses everywhere. I even managed to get the 1 car spot on drive. Best start to our holiday was staying here 👍

Was a good stay. It’s a 30 minute walk into city center and has great cafes in walking distance. There isn’t a restaurant at the location, but again a good choice of cafes near.

Stay for the location - just over a walkable mile to the Royal mile - but not necessarily for a good night sleep on a busy road with poorly insulted windows and inadequate window covering to darken the room

Spotless accommodation
Modern bedroom with a modern spotless bathroom. Very convenient for buses into the city centre. Easy check in process.

Excellent guest house about a mile walk from city centre. Check in with was via a coded security box which was easy to use. Good communication via email. Room was immaculate and roomy. Nicely decorated and good facilities. Would definitely recommend and use again.
