I went for weekend trip with my mom. The spa is very old and outdated but it was okay. Friendly staffs. Not as luxury as it looks on the photos but is located very near to the beach

Beautiful hotel ideally situated on seafront. Old world atmosphere but with modern facilities. Only downside was dinner which I found overpriced for quality. Plenty of restaurant options nearby. However, have to say breakfast worth every penny! Freshly cooked and served at table, excellent quality.

A 5 star luxurious Victorian beachfront hotel with a view! The highlight is the sea view so close you could hear the waves crash on the beach. Easy parking, welcoming staff, chocolate Easter egg gifts, goodie bags for the children, sumptuous breakfasts with unusual treats like figs, honeycomb, smoked haddock, ! the incredible main hall with the fireplace to relax in!!! Worth every penny! Thank you

Super good! The old hotel is full of luxury and ceremony! The room is very large, the double bed is very large, super comfortable, and I slept until dawn. The breakfast service is first-class, there is a variety of buffet areas, and you can also order hot dishes on the menu. It is recommended to book a room with breakfast, which is very cost-effective!

Very good, very British style

A century-old store means that the facilities are a bit old, especially the floors, but the location of the hotel is very good, opposite the coast, less than 5 minutes' walk from the famous seaside hotel, and 10 minutes' walk from Eastbourne Secondary School. It's particularly close. Every minute of the English breakfast is freshly made. Well, it's very good. I'm late every time. It’s a pity that I forget to take photos every time😅😅

Clean hotel with good location

A five-star hotel near the sea, with a very classic taste, a hotel with a strong British culture, and the only five-star hotel in Eastbourne. highly recommended.
