The apartment is very old compared to what you see in photos. It doesn’t really have much. It’s good to just be there to get some sleep or take a shower. I didn’t like it. The shower works well, the toilet has no cover on the water box. It doesn’t have a handle to flush you have to dip your hands inside that box.

Just fine for a cheap room for a night or two. Good area, close to everything. Paper-thin walls and interior windows facing the hall (with lights in all night). But can't beat the price.

This is a very good price/quality hotel in the area. Don't expect much: the elevators are very slow, it is not that clean and not new. But it has a hot shower and a good working aircon. The balcony has a drying rack and a bench. Not bad at all. Nevertheless, if you are not on a budget I would recommend paying extra and getting a hotel with new rooms.

It was okay

This hotel at walking distance from the beach. It is really nice and cheap. Perfect choice when you're on budget. Different sort of rooms are available with the facility to upgrade. It may not be easy to find the office if you don't call the receptionist and let her speak to cab driver. We did it in this way and receptionist was so nice to walk through to the road to receive us from cab. Balcony faces directly to the beach.

Good location and all marts, restaurants and pharmacies are nearby. Active place and shops are open till late night. 05 min walk from beach and all other places in Sanya are easy to approach with 30KM.

I will say right away, the photos do not correspond to reality! It is better to look at the reviews! Initially, we rented another room, but upon arrival we could not even stay in it. There was a wonderful person at the reception who found us another room for a small surcharge and what a surprise it was. The room has a shower, a bed, a balcony overlooking the pool and palm trees, everything is great. Nobody speaks Russian, but for us this is not a problem. In general, for a short trip of up to a week, this hotel will suit you very well! There are luxury rooms, look at the options and do not choose cheaper ones

Look at the pictures. The hair dryer produced sparks and black smoke when plugged in, which is really rare. The key that is difficult to open and lock is also a bitter smile. The air conditioner made a few clicks when turned on and then stopped working. However, the balcony is indeed large. I hope Ctrip will also have an on-site inspection node when signing the contract.

The public security verification system also charges verification fees privately. Who authorized you to do so? Do you represent the public security? They said on the phone that they would charge, but they won’t charge us just because we had an unpleasant experience? There are a lot of urine stains on the toilet seat. Are they too lazy to do the surface work? The water heater is so dirty. Do you dare to take a shower with the water there? The bed is very hard and the sheets are very uncomfortable. I sleep on them with sticky clothes. The service attitude is especially bad! There were four or five drunken men in the early morning and they yelled at me! Do they think I’m easy to bully because I’m a girl? Who dares to stay in such a black shop?

The price/performance ratio is acceptable, and it is a good place to stay temporarily on a business trip. There are also all the facilities, the bed sheets are clean and tidy, and the location is on the left hand side of the elevator on the 13th floor, 1311.

I didn't expect to be able to stay in such a good apartment hotel for only a few hundred yuan. The location is good and close to Dadonghai. There are also many free entertainment projects. The cost performance is super high! The boss is very good in Northeastern dialect!
