As a solo business traveler, I found this hotel to be an excellent choice. The location is superb, with plenty of amenities. The staff were professional, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. Highly recommend it for convenience and comfort!

Friends were telling me that location was an issue but I didn’t find it a hassle cos I could just hop on Grab to go anywhere. When I arrived I was greeted by the guard and the front desk personnel. Unfortunately I didn’t remember their names but they were the nicest people I’ve ever met in Jakarta. Hotel room was great although there were issues with the AC, the night duty personnel was quick to resolve the issue by giving me another room. I didn’t even have to go to the lobby to get this arranged. The staff came up and gave me a card to another room. Breakfast was a little disappointing as they didn’t refill the food in a timely manner but I wasn’t too worried cos I could just order food from somewhere else. I did feedback to them about the breakfast and the duty manager was quick to compensate me with a later check out on my next visit. I didn’t expect this but it was good to know that they care for their guests. Overall, the hotel did a great job. It was beyond my expectation. I would come back to this place again!

The hotel condition is fine, rooms are not so big (but enough) with minimalist design. The downside is the tube-bathroom…I really hate it. Too small and the material (it’s made from resin I guess) somehow doesn’t make me comfortable. Also the shampoo and conditioner dispenser needs to be pushed quote hardly. Staffs are friendly. BUT the SOP for pandemics situation is quite loose. When I checked-in, other guest come to the the desk (from other side) not wearing the mask properly (he used it ON THE CHIN). Tried to remind him, he didn’t care. I was disappointed that the reception didn’t anything and still served him as if it very commonly happens. Also found guests smoking and chatting (of course no mask on) at the outdoor restaurant with no social distancing (I can tell they weren’t families). So in conclusion: hotel is fine, strategic location and worth the price yet if u worry abt covid19, don’t stay here.

Close to Halim airport. Friendly stuff. Easy to find food around. It's just a bit noisy during the night, if the room faces the street.

New hotel with very modern building, neat staff and very clean rooms. The breakfast provided is very tasty and follows health protocols. The staff is very helpful when the lock is broken, and security is ready to open the door. Thanks to Juno Hotel, hopefully I can come back to stay again.

Unique place to staycation in the East Jakarta. I stay in Deluxe Room. My room equipped with various facilities, like Wi-Fi, mini bar, hairdryer, working desk and many other. The Wi-Fi connection is also fast, and for the tv cable have international channel. Suprisingly you can enjoy YouTube, Netflix, Disney Hotstar. The bed so comfy and nice place to relax cause so quite. In the other side, a hotel location is strategic cause close to LRT Cawang Station, Transjakarta, and other transportation. And the price is so affordable. Feel curious to stay in other Vasaka Hotel in the next trip!

This hotel used to be Santika, for the service everything that my family and I felt was very good and friendly, the staff responded quickly, the quality of the food was also good, for the 2 nights we stayed overall it was satisfactory, if there is something that needs to be input, perhaps attention should be paid to environmental health care because of ants and sometimes the smell from the sewer is a little annoying, would be very willing to come back here again

You may find this humble hotel serves a very nice hospitality. This hotel location is easy to reach. The receptionist promptly assists us on check in and out. The room is renovated, comfort, clean and spacious. Special touch in the room while you check in; the praying corner, the barcode for ordering room service, the welcoming arrangement (art towel, fruit, special printed welcoming note with guest picture). Love the view from the room. Food and beverages served in restaurant. The taste is so authentic homey Minang food and Chinese food – all tasty. You may find the various dishes. All Halal food and beverages. Love the bubur sumsum (rice flour porridge served with palm sugar), lontong sayur (rice cake with curry veggie soup). You will get lucky, when this hotel holds a special event, such as inviting the Indonesia Master Chef who live cooks in front of the guest. This hotel also has the masjid for pray, and 2 halls for meeting or special event.
