The AC is not cold at all, it seems like the freon has run out. Maybe you can check room no. 12, the AC is not cold. But for the rest, it's satisfactory, the hot water works, the TV is also a smart TV, it can watch YouTube.

Suitable for pre-wedding photo shoots

The location is good. But not really for cleanliness. The floor is dirty as if it has rarely been swept or mopped. The bed sheets had lots of spots and also smelled. The pillowcase is yellow.
