The hotel's standard rooms and king-size rooms only offer two breakfasts. If you purchase breakfast separately, it costs 50 yuan per person, and 30 yuan is charged at half price. The hotel is equipped with parent-child rooms and triple rooms, all of which come with 3 free breakfasts. When you checked in, you booked a special room type of the hotel, a room without windows. The front desk staff upgraded you to a larger room free of charge considering that there were a large number of people in your group. The hotel is equipped with a delivery robot. If you need to order takeout, you can directly fill in the room number in the address, and the delivery man will use the robot to deliver it to you. The front desk phone was busy at night and we are very sorry that we did not answer your call in time. Finally, I sincerely apologize to you and wish you a happy life!
