Hotel room was basic. Room door opens toward outside was not convenient. Poorly worn out shower-head. Too much surcharge and hidden costs. Not family and kids friendly.

we had a great stay. the room was nice and warm. Parking was not free. have to pay $15 per night. the restaurant is also by booking.

This hotel is very good, clean and comfy. I love their bed. It's so soft and comfortable. It's located in the good location. If you don't mind hearing the noises of cars and sirens.

The hotel is located in the center of Dunedin. It is very convenient to go anywhere. The hotel is very generous. We checked in at 8:00 after landing early in the morning. The service staff is very enthusiastic. I will definitely come again next time.

I forgot to take pictures of the interior of the room, which is a pity. When I first saw the pictures, I thought the hotel was very bad, but when I got there, I found it was still very clean and tidy, although it was not very new. The Chinese-speaking sister at the front desk was very nice and reminded us to park our car in the parking lot, otherwise we almost got a ticket at the supermarket next door.
