Amazing Hotel: Large pool well suited for swimming (about 20m), Whirlpool, Sauna, Steambath & Gym. All sparkling clean, modern, nice atmosphere to chill at the pool. Delicious breakfast with huge variety of dishes, all sorts of eggs, omelet prepared fresh. Spacious, clean, modern great rooms, good aircon. Overall: perfect stay

Friendly staff. Good location. Clean AC room with comfortable beds and clean ensuite bathroom and good breakfast. Recommended.

room cleanliness is ok Mushroom area needs attention The service really needs to be improved Do we look suspicious huh..😬 We ordered 3 bedrooms total 4 adults, 5 kids. service at the pool, restaurant, the receptionist seemed afraid of not being paid even though we had a deposit of 300 thousand for the key.. At the pool, we were interrogated first Borrowing pool towels for kids after swimming to the room, they objected and were suspicious Breakfast took a long time to refill, we also didn't mind the additional costs for 2 little girls, kindergarten and 1st grade elementary school. We also saw employees like SPV hanging out for breakfast, it was already past 10 am The check out process was a bit long..  I rarely check out while waiting.. usually they give me the key to the reception and go straight to the bus cuzz  Okay, let's try, you know Maybe we're just not used to it because we've almost never experienced service like this in Surabaya & Malang

The best hotel intown, the first i came to dumai and stay here for 2 night, they had facility complete named call Maxone healtclub theres is a whirpool hot and cold, sauna, steam. Swimming pool and gym very good. The staf and service is exellence. I will come back
