Excellent communal space, superb location. Room assigned really was poor - opposite ice machine, overlooking a building and AC machine so it was really noisy. Great bathroom though

Excellent hotel. Amazing breakfast and lovely room. Only issue we had was that our room was cold and we were unable to raise the temperature with the unit in the room

The location is great,staff was helpful. The room was spotless,would like to have slippers in the room. The hair dryer was broken. But overall stay was pleasant,the bed was comfortable,additional pillows in the wardrobe was great,because I have spinal condition. Definitely would stay there on another visit to Dublin.

Beautiful hotel great location

So disgusting ! 1. The duvet have hair 2. The cleaner vacuum the hallway at 9 PM ! IMAGINE THE NOISE ! 3. There are mosquitoes 4. Most of all no blow-dry on my room. UNBELIEVABLY TERRIBLE! I will never recommend and comeback here ! I should forget that there is an existing hotel in 23 O'Connell Street Upper, North City, Dublin, D01 C3W7

even though the hotel is going through major renovations our stay was superb. Great quality room, great location for everything The service in the ambiance in the Lobby Bar was so good and the Guinness was on point Breakfast was excellent and we found the tables in Toddy's bar great as you could people watch on to Oconnell street
