Nice Location, Good Service. I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my visit, always ready to assist with any requests. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Housekeeping was prompt and consistent, and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. There’s always room for improvement, but my experience was positive and I would consider staying here again.

We booked the fountain view room in April 2025. Sadly the fountain was closed for renovation. Overall I'm very happy with the hotel. The highlight was the concierge staff, the gentlemen there were always polite and helpful. The location is great, easy walk to Dubai mall, or you can take the complimentary shuttle. The breakfast was very good too with a good selection of hot and cold food, and great coffee. The room was slightly on the older side but it was clean and very spacious. I wished the windows were cleaned so I could enjoy the view more and take better photos One feedback I would give is that I wished

This front desk staff member named Shafali is, without a doubt, the worst I have ever encountered in all my travels. When we first handed her our passports, she was flirting with a male security guard and chatting with her male colleague, showing a dismissive attitude throughout the entire interaction. There was no greeting, no polite language—she only spoke in single words like ”passport” and ”second passport,” which came across as highly unprofessional. When we requested a second key card, she outright refused without any explanation. What made it even more frustrating was that I had clearly stated ”two separate beds, please” in the special requests on Trip, but upon entering the room, we found it was a double bed. She hadn’t even bothered to confirm my request! In the end, we had to ask the housekeeping staff to convert the double bed into two single beds on the spot. After a long and tiring journey, we had to wait another 20 to 30 minutes for the housekeeping staff to make the bed, which was a complete waste of time. Since she refused to provide a second key card, we had to go back downstairs to ask a male front desk staff member for an additional one, further wasting our time. In contrast, the housekeeping staff on the sixth floor and the security guards downstairs were very friendly and provided excellent service. However, the hotel facilities are quite outdated, and there was a strong unpleasant smell near the elevator exit. The breakfast options were limited and not particularly tasty. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located near the light rail station and the airport, making it a suitable choice for travelers catching flights.

I recently stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Barsha Heights and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The check-in process was quick and efficient, setting a positive tone for the stay. The room was modern, spacious, and well-maintained, with excellent cleaning standards. It offered a comfortable and relaxing ambiance, perfect for unwinding. The breakfast, however, was average and could benefit from more variety. As I didn’t explore the other facilities, I can’t comment on those, but my overall stay was enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and efficiency.

We stayed in this hotel for four nights. Transportation was convenient. We could call Uber to go to tourist spots at any time. There were many restaurants nearby. The hotel buffet has many styles and many foods to choose from. It is about 25 minutes by car to Palm Jumeirah and Burj Al Arab, which is very convenient. The room has a small living room which is spacious and comfortable.
