I booked this popular hotel on a business trip to Dubai. The top floor conference room has a wide view, overlooking the panoramic view of Dubai, and the conference atmosphere is high-end and grand. Advanced facilities, high-speed network, and smart devices are all available to ensure efficient meetings. The service team is professional and considerate, and the arrangements from reception to tea breaks are meticulous. Dubai travel is convenient for Dubai Mall, and because of its reputation, I am full of expectations. But to be honest, I only represent myself. The service attitude is still good. The Indian who checked us in was not very tall. I feel that it should be the manager. Our language is not very good. There happened to be a Chinese girl at the front desk of their hotel. This Indian also upgraded me to the 38th floor of the hotel, a total of 39 floors. After checking in, the room was too small. Maybe it was because every inch of land is valuable, but the pattern was not very good. We also felt that it was too dark from entering the hotel! The carpet in the room was also hairy, and the supplies were not in line with this brand. Breakfast eggs, etc., were not best placed on the table, but told the waiter to make them again. Our language is not very good, which is really unfriendly. Can't we go out if the language is not good? 😭 The hotel has a passage to the mall, so we don't have to be exposed to the sun outdoors. Our pick-up time is 10pm. The Indian manager at the front desk also gave us a card that can only enter and exit the mall after checking out, so it is very convenient for us! For the president, the location and service are very good, but the room is a little dim and the carpet is not very clean, just for your reference!

The check-in at the front desk was very slow. I could only stay on the lower floors. They said the higher floors and the fountain view were all full. I couldn't upgrade even if I paid more. The room was old. I didn't feel it was particularly convenient to use.
