Rose Garden Hotel Apartments - Al Barsha, Near Metro Station Reviews

The location was awesome. 5 minutes walk to Red Line Insurance Market. And a 10-15 min walk to the Mall of Emirates. In front of the hotel there is bus stop that can also bring you to the main bus station at Mall of Emirates. The neighbourhood has a lot of food options—Indian, Lebanese, Chinese and more. There are supermarkets everywhere to buy groceries to cook in the hotel. The hotel space was huge for 2 people.

Average hotel.. but it is located at the very convenient area.

The room doesn't look very nice. Furniture is very old. Dust and bad smell are everywhere. Personal is too unfriendly and rude. You should make valid your plastic key on reception every single day again that too inconvenient. The same problem is with internet. Don't recommend.

Good location but extremely bad service. They first allowed us visitors then they disallowed the visitors and our friends had to wait on the street until we got dressed. They’ve come up to our room 5 times in one day. Truly disappointing and would not recommend anyone to go there ever!

The hotel is located 4 minutes walk from the metro, easy to find. There are supermarkets nearby, there is a stove, dishes, a refrigerator, a bathroom. I was surprised by the presence of a robe (which was not in a 5-star hotel). Slippers, water, tea and coffee with cream. The only thing I didn't like and because of which I will not stay here again (at least in the studio) is that the bed is located right next to the front door, and near the wall of the corridor. Noisy tourists with children will not let you sleep until 1.30 (both children and their parents shout throughout the corridor). And early in the morning they repeat their shouts and noise again. Elevator, cleaners in the morning (. I really needed to sleep (a 2-day trip, flights there and back), but alas it didn't work out (.

Stayed four nights, only asked him to clean the room for one night, because after cleaning the room, towels are not available, water is called every day to give one, toothbrush is not prepared, fortunately I have brought myself

I really liked this Hotel apartment. Staff was wonderful and helpful in all means. I had planned to make this hotel apartment my home in Dubai. Very clean and maintained property; plenty of of options for daily shopping and very close to Emirates Mall.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel, even though I stayed for more than 55 nights. Due to personal reasons, I had to check out 5 days early. I read the hotel’s refund rules and spoke with the staff to ask if they could make an exception because of my long stay. I asked about the refund three times because I know the usual rules and wanted to be 100% sure it would be approved. Each time, the employees, (Genezis, Yossef Ahmed), told me there would be no problem. He even said the hotel manager had approved the refund. I asked for a written confirmation, but they told me it wasn’t necessary and that I could trust them. Because of this, I rebooked my flight and checked out early. But when I returned to Europe, I saw that no refund had been sent. I emailed the hotel, and they told me no refund would be given. It’s a shame that someone can stay for so many nights, make an honest agreement because they trust the staff, and then be cheated like this. This cost me €440 and made me feel cheated. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Be careful if you expect them to keep their promises.

We highly apprciate that Rose park hotel let us use their pool as well, cuase its one of the best in Dubai too. Swimming pool timing from early morning till 11 pm is very rare to find in the city. This is absolutely superb! We are very happy with beach bus service reservations. Whenever we reserve the space we were getting whats app confirmation msgs very promptly. Such a nice tandem of Rose park and Garden in Barsha. The location is marvelous! 2 min away from Mashreq metro station. 5-10 min walk to MOE. The Exchange with good rates is just nearby. Hotels are surrounded by lots of supermarkets and groceries. The hotel is very clean as well. Housekeeping does their job perfectly, they went extra mile to make us happy! Very soft bed linen) Big respect to management. I never saw any manager pressing on their staff or observing them strictly. Atmosphere is very friendly and staff do their work from heart which really means a lot to customers. This is one of the best properties in Dubai. We wish you prosperity!
