**Review:** I recently stayed at this hotel in Dubai, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, placing you right next to the metro station and in a good heart of the city with easy access to major attractions. The rooms are very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day of exploring. The value for money is outstanding, especially considering the range of services available. The hotel offers great amenities, including a well-maintained pool, which was a highlight for relaxation. However, the most impressive aspect was the customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, making me feel right at home. Despite being on a very tight budget, I felt I received five-star treatment. If I ever return to Dubai, even with a larger budget, I would still choose to stay at this hotel. It contributed significantly to my wonderful experience in the city. Thank you for everything!

Well, the room is comfortable for 2 but the room service is avg. they charge if you call for ice bucket. During breakfast if you ask for a milkshake it is chargeable. Breakfast spread is pretty decent but no variety in bakery products for vegetarians

Hello, thank you for the hospitality of the Emirates Grand Hotel, but there was an issue that the hotel was being renovated and it was not suitable for using the elevator and the noise, otherwise everything was fine.

Initially, I was in doubt to book this hotel as their location is slightly far from city centre. But I never regret it after staying in this plush hotel. Took an Uber taxi from terminal 2 airport. Took me around 15 minutes to arrived. It was a huge complex hotel next to the sea/beach. Large check in/waiting area and well organized. Smooth check in especially booked from trips.com. The check in lady was very nice and explained me in details what facilities were available for the hotel. They have 4 lifts and the speed of the lift was fast. Got a large room. I like when they have a separate working table from the mirror. The best part was the toilet with luxurious feeling. They have bath tub and round bath space. Quality of amenities was excellent except they do not provide oral care equipment. Restaurant during breakfast was acceptable. In my opinion not many choices of food available and it appears to be influenced by Indian based chef where majority of food is Indian based food.

I stayed for 4 nights in this Mövenpick hotel. It was a pleasant surprise. Employees really try to be very friendly and several remembered my name (always nice). The breakfast buffet is huge and has for every culture something to eat. I visited the lounge on 21st floor a couple of times and met Joy, Winnie and Yasmin (hope I write their names correctly). I spend more time in hotellounges and it is always a joy to see the dedicated people who work their. These 3 ladies are top of the bill. They try to give all the visitors equal attention, keep an eye on the drinks and bring refills when needed. They give every guest the feeling that they are important. I suggest the management takes good care of these ladies or they will be “stolen” by other high end hotels.

Worthy place the Floor Supervisor alaways coming and asking me about my stay thats made me attraktive for this property. Tea coffe has good choice, clean Linen. Fast service fantastc Team they are having , Well maintained property, from room Service side Preetam, risabh,alina, amit they Provide me perfect Service during Breakfast. Good Ford,amazing pool, reception staff good , Carpet and furniture looks olf suppose to be Chance Rest all was good thanks Millennium Team made my stay amazing love this place . Surey i will recomend my friend to Visit this place My next stay would be with this amazing Team.

Good location, beautiful view, about 1km away from Dubai mall and there is a great restaurant Kana cafe nearby. International breakfast, lots of good choices (but it was quite crowded there in the morning, especially past 9am). Friendly stuff and nice swimming pool area. We stayed there for 8 days, had a little issue with room service though, as we only got a change of towels a few times but our room or bathroom were not cleaned or mopped throughout that period at all.

The staff was excellent. Milan the house cleaning guy is friendly, he is the best house keeping service. Everything is up-to-date. Shubham is also nice. Balaji and Luthfur at front desk are the most perfect front desk person Great customer service.

Overall nice stay and recep was kind enough to do early check in. Hotel is attaxhed to big mall. No issue with our stay. Breakfast is moderate
