Hilton Hotels in Dubai

The location is easy to get around everywhere. At check-in, I wanted to book a spa appointment, but was told to go directly to the spa to book it myself. And I made a reservation in person, but it was not reserved on the day of the event. Why? It is a chain hotel, safe and secure. They are just handling the guests.

Spent 3 nights here and it was a pleasant stay with friends and boyfriend. We got the 2 bedroom with balcony which there was plenty of space for all. I liked the maid service which they were very attentive. I loved the bathroom!!! We used the spa but over at the Marriott so the golf cart was a great addition for in between the two hotels. I would recommend working on the room service system as it takes forever for someone to pick up the call. Also, update the contact number for the different services. In the kitchens, a microwave is needed especially when you only want to heat up food which takes secs instead of the oven which takes minutes. The pools are like plunge pools as they are very small. We had drinks at the restaurant, but weren't attended to once a large party arrived, so need more consistency. It's very inconvenient to locate as you can either enter from the Marriott garage or make u-turns to enter from the one side of the road that it's accessible. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The placement of the hotel was excellent, offering convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities. Additionally, the service provided was top-notch, with attentive staff ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and outstanding service.

Excellent location in the JBR. We stayed in Hilton Dubai the Walk - but could walk across the bridge to the Hilton and use their gym / pool / private beach. In Hilton Dubai the Walk we booked the Executive Lounge and it was great value - on the 35th floor with a balcony. They did a superb breakfast from 7-11am. Then afternoon tea and sandwiches from 3-5pm. Then hot food with salads / deserts and unlimited alcohol from 6-8pm. It was also very quiet and relaxing in the Lounge with very good service. Would definitely recommend!

We booked the room with sea view and Dubai Ain view. But they gave us the wrong room without any of these view at the beginning. Then we moved to the correct one which is very nice. And they also gave us free breakfast for apologies. The staffs are really nice and helpful to solve the problem. It is a very nice experience to stay there. Highly recommended!
