I had an exceptional experience at this hotel, and the breakfast was truly a highlight of my stay! The variety of food was outstanding, catering to every palate with both local and international options. From freshly baked pastries to made-to-order omelets, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The fruit selection was fresh, and the coffee was brewed to perfection. What made the experience even better was the staff. They were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always checking to ensure guests were comfortable and had everything they needed. Special mention goes to Ms. Shane for her warm hospitality and professionalism. The atmosphere was relaxed yet elegant, making it a perfect way to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a fantastic breakfast and a team that genuinely cares about your experience.

We decided on a hotel to celebrate my daughters 4th birthday and The hilton Palm jumerah seemed like a perfect option after checking the website. Since the second I got out my car I felt like I was at home with warm welcoming from everybody to valet, reception even the staff mopping in the lobby. The whole place is just immaculate. The pool bar was amazing, the 2 clubhouse for kids on each side of the pool was a perfect idea in this design. I will never forget the breakfast buffet as it even had food there that I have never seen or tried before. Josh, RJ, Natasha and Rashani Shakira were some of the names I can not forget, there engagement with me was very nice and professional. We could feel the care and tone in there voice that she went out her way to make sure my wife and 2 kids were happy and comfortable in the Executive lounge. Josh and RJ were so friendly to us and my daughter and stood by our side while hosting our daughters birthday caring for any extra needs we had. We will definitely be back for my sons 1st birthday as this gem of a hotel is an amazing place with amazing people.

I had no interest in the beach at all, but the photos of the room I saw when I made the reservation looked like it had a nice atmosphere, so I decided to go. The private beach/public beach is about a 1-minute walk from the hotel, and there are so many restaurants in and around the hotel that it's hard to decide where to eat. I thought I was having a nightcap at Wevebreaker, a bar on the private beach, but the glass was really big. I think one cup is 750ml. I think it's a safe place as there were children everywhere. The room was just like the photo, spacious and no complaints. In particular, I was in a room where I could see the morning sun in a straight line, so I took some photos. I feel like I now know how to enjoy a beach resort without having to soak in the sea.

Excellent hotel! Were in summer 2022 and particularly 01.07-09.07. We selected the property because of good pool located close to the main building and the best beach close to main building as well. It is very convenient especially during got time. We visited rest’s Vero with brilliant Mediterranean cuisine it was something special. Especial was service from supervisor of the restaurant Anil. We visited three times restaurant Mango Tree again this is something special everyone has to experience that cuisine! Especial Tum Yam soup big one and green kari prawns! We don’t drink alcohol and set of zero alcohol cocktails in Vero lounge bar was very suitable for us and our evening cigar ceremony! Trader Vics always fun and delicious! Great appreciation to Restaurant Team!
