The location is nice, walk 5min to the central train station. Convenient to anywhere. The receptionist let me do an early check in when the room is ready in the morning .

nice A&O hostel. the room is comfortable with bathroom and toilet inside. cheap and easy walk to the bus station ZOB.

So many refugees there. They were wierd like comming to the room very late and roaming around late. Could not sleep with them

OK LA, NOT BAD

Worst Hotel ever! The sound of music downstairs is so loud! I couldn't even sleep well, it's better if I slept on the streets. When I closed the window, I couldn't breathe well! The room is really baad and you need to open the window 24/h to breathe well. The soap is for dishes not for a human body! There is no fan or air conditioner, it's too warmmmmmmm like hell Never again 👎

The location is quite good, within a 10-minute walk from Dortmund Station and the Christmas market. Unlike other A&O hotels, towels are charged and there is no guest kitchen. The common space is spacious and there is also a kids' space, which is commendable. There are many cheap and easy-to-eat restaurants nearby, including kebabs, so you will not have any trouble finding food. They will also look after your luggage before check-in and after check-out. The staff are not very friendly, but this is not a particular issue.

The location is good, very close to the train station. The front desk staff are very kind and provide good service, and are very willing to solve your problems. The only inconvenience is that there is no hot water kettle in the room, but you can borrow it with a deposit of 20 euros.

I stayed alone, but I made good friends with the people in the dormitory. It was great.

The hotel lobby is a large bar. If there is a football match in Westfalen that night, the atmosphere is lively!

It smelled very much like a construction site, broken windows, no bed linen, uncomfortable beds!
