Response from Property: 尊敬的貴賓您好！非常抱歉給您帶來不好的入住體驗.關於您反饋問題酒店非常重視，並對此次事件展開調查，關於您反饋一客一換問題，一直以來是酒店經營紅線問題，對此我們很負責任講房間所以退房都經過嚴格審核，不存在不更換布草問題，我們也調取當天監控能夠證明，關於您視頻體現的的布草問題確實是酒店疏忽導致，我們誠懇接受批評，因布草每日換洗都給到專業洗滌廠進行消毒烘乾，在清洗過程中污染了機油，為能完全清洗乾淨，在布草換新時服務人員未能發現問題，導致問題發生，當天我們相關人員也在現場跟您解釋了，及時從新更換了乾淨布草，可能沒能個您解釋清楚，酒店一定加強客房衞生檢查工作，避免類似情況發生，然後圖片體現洗收盆問題我們將想辦法積極整改，酒店嚴格按照酒店行業高標準執行，保證每一位進店顧客都有一個好的入住體驗，酒店一定吸取教訓認真覆盤總結經驗，更好的服務每一位顧客，期待每一位客户監督，及時反饋意見和建議，幫助酒店成長，以高品質，接待每一位貴賓，如您後續來到厚街請及時與我們聯繫可後台留言，或者撥打總機，我們將積極響應，感謝您對酒店的支持，最後謹代表酒店全體員工祝您2025年一切順利，新年快樂！
