The hotel is near the lake, which makes its location ok if you are willing to visit it. If you would go to the downtown, then the location is terrible because it takes an hour to arrive by car. Around the hotel there’s not much.
The room is nice with planty of amenities (kitchenware, washing machine, etc.) but not super clean (found hair in the bathtub).
Breakfast is not up to the standards and it’s quite poor.
Swimming pool is okish, nothing fancy and not very deep (just 1.2m). The guy working there staring at you all the time is not pleasant too.
Would I come back?

We are about 3kms from the Songshan Lake which will take 10mins by car to get there and about 20kms from the downtown which will take about 45mins by car to get there if the traffic is good. Great hotel, nice & clean, spacious with all the amenities you could want for short or long stays. Equipped with kitchen & cooking utensils, fridge, freezer, washing machine.
Would highly recommend to all travelers. Value for money.
Will be staying there again when next in Songshan lake area.

This is a business hotel. The room is spacious and new. But the breakfast is limited in choice.

Overall everything is so good, I guess that’s the best hotel / service apartment in Dong Guan.
The staff in hotel are very nice and polite. Thanks the cleaning lady who help me to clean my room , she tidy up speedy and she have a very warm heart, . She found I am not feeling well during my visit. She gave me extra water and tell me to drink more water. Thanks for the lady in front desk 小謝,who being very considerate and polite. 🥰🥰👍👍

Very clean and modern service apartment. Very convenient if you want go for hair cut just near by or food or take taxi to quickly anywhere nearby. Flat is quite big and great for a good rest or cooking quietly while watching TV with international channel. Only missing TV5 the French one

We just checked out today. The service of the hotel is excellent. The staff are really good in particular Will, the receptionist who is so responsive and helpful to take care of our requests. As we would like to have three rooms on the same floor though he cannot fulfill us all but my friends’ rooms were upgraded and we are all happy with an enjoyable stay. Special thanks to Will!

The receptionist, Ms Tse is so nice and polite. The room is cosy and big. There are many restaurants in the downstairs s Plaza and will have a new supermarket soon. And of the big supermaket and night market is located the back street of hotel. The swimming pool is requested to the guests to wear swimming cap. I had a wonderful time in this hotel.

The three air conditioners in the room were all set to cool. After an afternoon, it was still 27-28 degrees. I reported it to the front desk at night. The first sentence was that I didn’t know how to adjust the panel. I called the engineer again and said that there was no problem with the panel, but the hotel did not turn on the air conditioner, but turned on the heating. But my room did not turn on the heating, and it was too hot. Then he said he had no choice but to send me a fan? I sent a fan to my three rooms. Who would use it? I paid to stay in the hotel and let me blow the fan?
Then the duty manager with the worst attitude came. When he came, the family had just sat down to eat. As soon as he came in, he ordered me to go with him to see the room, instead of checking the temperature of the new room first and then coming to me. He also turned a blind eye to the family eating.
