Upon arrival I got a very warm welcome from staff and they upgraded the room that was nice it's very clean and looks modern the beds comfy TV works great and WiFi is good very warm room and slept well had the breakfast continental was a good selection staff was very polite then had the full English didn't have the works but was full would definitely stay here again it's in the middle of town and 5 mins walk away from train station so u have everything you need close by

Hotel was fine. Staff are its best asset. So professional, polite , and helpful.  Happened to be there on may bank holiday Saturday night and the town was very noisy.  Disturbed nights sleep , but not hotels fault.

Can you believe it? This is a hotel with history—meaning it has an old, classic feel, but still offers modern amenities. The location is excellent. However, being right on Silver Street, the nearby bars can get very noisy, sometimes until 2 or 3 a.m. Now I see why they offer earplugs. Aside from that, everything was great.

A great hotel booked at the last minute. Two double beds in seperate rooms was ideal for us and our kids. Everything you could need was provided in the room. Location was perfect for Doncaster town center.

Stayed for a couple of nights. Hotel was in need a refurb as carpets and rooms were quite worn and rooms need a refresh. Was ok for a short business trip and was situated in a good location.

Nice hotel , great location however the communication between staff was poor and I was informed I could have late check out however when arriving I was informed I could not have late check out. Noisy if your on the street side as bars open till late however the hotel supply you with ear plugs which doesn’t make a different. Cleaners were cleaning other rooms above me early in the monring which disrupted me even more. Nice hotel but many problems

The hotel is near the train station, just a few hundred meters away. There are many places to eat nearby. It has convenient facilities and transportation. The room size is suitable for business trips.

It's less than 10 minutes' walk from the train station. The front desk girl and aunt are very nice. Breakfast is just like that, traditional English breakfast. The room is just right, not too big or too small, and the soundproofing is pretty good. The hotel is located in the downtown area. There happened to be a boxing match on the day I stayed there. Many bars downstairs were noisy until two or three in the morning, but the noise could not enter the room.
