Doha Diplomatic Area Hotels

The hotel is in a great location: not too busy, but close to a shopping center, metro, and beach. The hotel itself is very modern, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, and a well-equipped gym. The staff was friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the clothesline for drying swimsuits in the bathroom. The only things I would suggest improving are installing a soft-closing toilet seat and fixing the ventilation system in the bathroom. We also couldn't figure out how to adjust the air conditioning, and the tap at the vanity is the wrong size. However, these are minor issues that may not bother everyone.

Service at reception was a top level, I’m so grateful for warm welcome and for everything.we had great welcome drink and super smooth checkup. Location is amazing, few mins aways from everywhere you need to go. Have Chinese restaurant on 24 floor. Great view from hotel . Our son loved the pool, great that it was tented and we could enjoy it even through the hit. Only one thing which should be improved I think it’s the main restaurant. Hotel is selling breakfast + pool daily access so it’s super crowded and chaotic at main restaurant like a train station , the second day we were looking for table for 5 mins , which was not pleasant . Just having breakfast at main restaurant was tiring and stressful. I would suggest to don’t book breakfast and go to JW or Rotana hotel, which are like 100 m away. But besides that everything was perfect, it’s a great value for the money. Thank you so much .

The hotel was great, staff were very friendly. Upon arriving the check in was prompt and we received a free welcome drink along with 2 drink vouchers to use within the lounge at the hotel. The room was very spacious, clean and included a variety of amenities. We used the gym on site and it was great, has everything that you will/would want in a gym! We had breakfast upon checkout and it was great, there was a wide variety of choices, very well laid out and tasted great. They even provided me with a yogurt bowl to takeout as we didn’t have much time before our flight. Amazing customer service. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

Excellent hotel. Service at the highest level. Breakfasts are delicious, the beach is across the road. On the 17th floor there is a swimming pool, hamam and sauna. The room is cleaned every day.

A luxurious and clean hotel that provides everything a visitor needs. Free parking is available in the basement in addition to outdoor parking. The staff was friendly and check-in and check-out was quick. It is close to City Center Mall. Tea, kettle and mineral water are available. In addition, a safety box, slippers, bath towels, soap, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush, clothes hangers and a prayer rug. The bathroom walls are transparent glass, equipped with curtains that can be raised or lowered. The toilet inside the bathroom has a frosted glass door.

Service was excellent I could not fault anything at this place room cleaned everyday very nice view from the balcony. Staff are very professional and kind.

The room is clean and tidy, the hotel electrical socket is easy to use, no conversion head is required, the hotel breakfast is rich and suitable for multi-national tastes, the hotel waiter's attitude is very OK, I will patronize it again next time!
