Spa Hotels in Dhaka

Decent hotel at the business centre of Dhaka and not too far from the Airport. I had booked an executive class room but was given standard deluxe at the front office. However, when i reminded they immediately changed it to the executive class (what if someone didn’t notice but had paid for executive - this should not happen). Breakfast buffet was good and staff member ‘ARMAAN’ at the restaurant served me really well. He was courteous and helpful. Other hotel staff were also good but they can improve a bit at the concierge. Wifi was good. A lot of eateries around the area so I mostly ate out, Especially, at the famous Star Kebab restaurant which is just round the corner. Better taste, options and reasonably priced. The room service and restaurant price were too exaggerated and on top of that you are charged multiple taxes. Overall comfortable stay but i guess if you are in Dhaka - go for apartments/AirBnb as there are limited good hotels and they are mega expensive.

The hotel is in the VIP area, very close to the airport, with a very nice environment. The front desk guy (I forgot his name, his voice was very hoarse) provided great service and upgraded our room. The uncle in charge of the car arrangement was also very good, helping us deliver our luggage to the room and telling us about precautions, etc. The hotel has a buffet and a bar. The buffet is very good, with a wide variety and a reasonable price! Good hotels in Dhaka are not cheap, safety first is better than anything else!

Good to have a quick rest in a good hotel before/after the journey (5 min away from the airport). Adv to the foreigners: 1. Don't take the room facing the road.. very noisy during day/night with honking everytime non stop. 2. Try to avoid fresh juice if you know yr stomach can't take it, otherwise you will suffer from poisoning. The rest are acceptable as per the rest of other country's Best Western. Great view towards the airport on the rooftop while enjoying the BBQ dinner. Small gym and a massage center on the top floor. Transport to the airport - UsD9 Dinner buffet doesn't come with a hot drink, even with a cofee/tea (only for b'fast)..

We arrived early for our scheduled check-in time. Robin Edwards, the general manager, has given everyone instructions to take note of my two-day stay at the hotel. After receiving a welcome drink upon my arrival, the General Manager presented me with a unique gift. My check-in was finished in a matter of minutes. After I got in the room, a representative from three different hotels came to ask if I needed anything or if I wasn't satisfied with the space, there was another one available for me. Because of the excellent customer service and concern that made my day memorable, I felt a little ashamed now. Overall exceptional cervices

What a lovely hotel! I spent 3 nights here as a solo business traveler and really enjoyed my staff. The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, as well as the delicious dinner buffet. Also, dinner on their second floor, à la carte restaurant was very nice as well. I would highly recommend getting a cup of their special coffee in their café. The gym was very well-maintained and all the equipment was very new, a great place to get a workout in. You can head up to the rooftop for a great view of the city. My bedroom was spacious, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is also centrally located to many restaurants, attractions, parks, and it’s very easy to walk to Bailey Road, and a number of other tourist destinations. In summary, I would definitely stay here again. Thanks to everyone at the hotel

It was reported that there were too many mosquitoes last time, this time it is worthy of praise. There is no re-experience of the last time in the basic room. This time I lived in a club room, and the supporting executive lounge needs to be complained about. It’s embarrassing to take a few bottles of drinks and say no, you have to drink them in the lounge or pay for them. I want to ask how much the hotel is short of for drinks? The customer-oriented service awareness is still not enough. We should study how to make the guests live comfortably, instead of thinking about where we can charge more money.

The hotel's wireless network is fast, the room is clean, there are many Asian dishes for breakfast, and there is also an Italian restaurant. Overall, the hotel can solve all problems. I will choose this place again next time I go on a business trip.

The hotel service is very good. I would like to especially thank a girl in the breakfast room. She kept the money we accidentally lost, found us to confirm it at breakfast the next day, and then gave us the money on the day we left. Thank you so much 😊 Thanks to the breakfast manager Simizan

The hotel is quite satisfactory, and the overall feeling is not big, which is equivalent to three to four stars in China. It is estimated that it is opened by rich local people, not like the five-star international standard. But overall clean and safe
