The room is indeed a bit old and has the characteristics of Dhaka. The service staff is good, the security front desk and restaurant service are good. Especially there is a buffet breakfast, the rooftop dinner is very impressive. Fried rice to try.

Great, the staff were very kind and flexible. Breakfast was good, the only downside might be that it's next to a lake with lots of mosquitoes and a few mosquitoes in the room at night disturbing my sleep (keeping the fan on seemed to keep them away).

The interior of the hotel is quite good, the room facilities are of high quality, the hygiene is good, the breakfast is rich, and the staff are very warm and decent. I didn’t ask for a ride at the hotel, so I used Uber, which was cheaper than asking for a ride at the hotel. The traffic in Dhaka is very congested, so be sure to allow extra time to catch your flight.
I have lived in the coconut grove for several years, and I come to her house every time I travel. The boss is a woman with a bold personality. I have been in the catering and hotel industry in the commercial area of Dhaka city center for more than ten years. I have a certain understanding of various industries. I just came to Dhaka to open the factory and gave me some kind suggestions! I have stayed in two hotels in their home. The hotel has a pick-up and drop-off service to help out the invitation letter. The environment is good and the configuration is high. The rooms are clean and bright. The rooms are large and clean. The waiters are thoughtful. The most important thing is to provide Chinese food. It is trustworthy and recommended. Chinese hotel.

AAnonymous UserExceptional Stay at Bengal Blueberry Hotel Dhaka - A Warm and Welcoming Experience.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bengal Blueberry Hotel in Dhaka, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service that made me feel right at home.
The highlight of my stay was the breakfast, which was truly outstanding. The hotel offers a wide variety of dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients and presented beautifully. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty breakfast or something lighter, there's something for everyone. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist with any requests or dietary preferences.
The hotel staff, including the front desk and security personnel, were exceptional. They were always friendly, professional, and ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the guests made my stay even more enjoyable.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were soft and provided a good night's sleep, which is essential after a long day of exploring the city. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with amenities.
Overall, I highly recommend the Bengal Blueberry Hotel in Dhaka for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay in the city. The excellent breakfast, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations make it a top choice for a memorable and hassle-free stay.
NNico BossIt's a good hotel but they were making renovation during the day it was loud and gave me headache they give me another room but that didn't help. .i needed to do some work and calls it was impossible. But the staff and manager were very friendly . I suggest if you want not to disappoint your guests shut down the place for a couple of days and make the renovation 24/7 till it's finished .than you avoid angry guests who stay away next time. Because they pay top price for uncomfortable stay in pearl hotel .
SSamjcThe location was good for business, but dhaka traffic is dhaka traffic, so it was a pain to travel anywhere other than downtown. The staff were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was clean, and our room was cleaned daily. The only issue I had was that the bed was too hard, and I didn't sleep well the first night. I told the house cleaner, and immediately he brought a softer mattress and 2 quilts. After this, I slept well. I am a westerner and used to soft beds, my travel partner is Bengali and the bed was fine for her. So this will not be a problem if you are used to hard beds. As soon as I told them my problem, they solved it immediately. Such good hospitality. The roof top pool was refreshing and clean. The gym was very well equipped, better than some gyms I have been to.
GGUTS-DaigoThe room and infrastructure were decent, but the check-out front desk provided a masterclass in deliberate troublemaking. Despite booking for one person, we checked in as two. The front desk happily took our IDs and checked us in without a peep. But the next day, a different front desk clerk, evidently lacking any understanding of the situation, decided to inform us that an extra person would cost an additional 10 US dollars. Bravo! Such logic could only come from a true genius.
Naturally, I was livid and had a heated argument with them. Their service attitude was stellar—extremely poor and unprofessional. If they intended to charge extra, why not inform us during check-in instead of springing this delightful surprise at check-out? Clearly, they’re connoisseurs of the fine art of annoying guests.
I had initially thought well of the hotel, but thanks to this delightful front desk experience, all those positive feelings have been thoroughly obliterated. Rest assured, this hotel is now on my blacklist. I will make it my mission to advise my friends against staying here in the future. What a gem of an establishment—truly heartwarming and utterly revolting!
JJayGood hotel however during my booking period, the hotel relocated me on 2nd night out of 3 nights due to no room availability but my booking already paid. So quite inconvenient to pack and go to other hotel but not with same price of my current booking. But they offer again to stay at 3rd night but it will be troublesome to again pack and repacking luggage.
PPatrick van SchaikVery good free breakfast, excellent and most helpful staff. The hotel is walking distance from the new subway and the National Parliament building by architect Louis Kahn. In fact you can even see the National Parliament building from the rooftop restaurant. Fun chaotic street in front of the hotel.
GGuest UserThis hotel is an excellent choice for those with limited time to explore the city, offering a convenient location near the airport, helpful and friendly staff, a clean and great food.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in the VIP area, very close to the airport, with a very nice environment. The front desk guy (I forgot his name, his voice was very hoarse) provided great service and upgraded our room. The uncle in charge of the car arrangement was also very good, helping us deliver our luggage to the room and telling us about precautions, etc. The hotel has a buffet and a bar. The buffet is very good, with a wide variety and a reasonable price! Good hotels in Dhaka are not cheap, safety first is better than anything else!
Rred8meThe most satisfying stay in Bangladesh on a business trip. There is a bar on the rooftop - with wine and food, open until 2.00am, which is really friendly to guests arriving on late flights. It's really great to drink and fill your stomach!
Breakfast and Bangladeshi food are mostly, which is quite rich!
It is worth mentioning that the hotel gym is undoubtedly a great choice for fitness enthusiasts. The ironing area is comparable to the general social gym, and you can train your chest, back, shoulders and legs☺️! I will choose this hotel next time I go on a business trip!
GGuest UserAbsolutely tops in terms of service/ helpfulness! Hotel manager snd staff sorted out a complicated issue involving our booking and refused to take or ask for any money from us over the 5 days we stayed - even upgrading us to a suite for the final two nights when one became available.
Staff speak English - and are helpful in providing Information about getting around, arranging transportation and laundry. A lovely rooftop cafe - a green oasis- and Taste Snacks. A Full Range of Bengali dishes as well as western food is also avsilable. And all this for less than 50CAD - very good value!
The hotel is located near the Old City- easily accessible by taxi, tuktuk or rickshaw- also BaileyRoad is within easy walking distance, a quieter tree lined street and New Bailey Road with Shopping Restaurants etc though these are also available in a buzzier context in the streets surrounding the hotel.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and Return again- Note the address at 873 Outer Circular Road( not the one on listing we saw/ booked located several hundred meters away, at 12 Outer Circular Road. The hotels are not linked, whatever you are told by the latter. And actual Grand Circle Inn at 873 is of higher standard/ quality…
