The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful from the front desk, enquiry desk and restaurant staff to the operator. Special thanks to Ms Jiang Li, she helps us a lot and make our stay enjoyable. The room is clean and spacious, bed comfortable and variety of fruits over 3 nights. We feel the warmth when we return to our room every night. Breakfast selection was great. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

Great Hotel

High quality given the town and category of hotel, but a bit distant from the town centre. Obviously a local favorite for weddings, as I saw many handsome grooms and beautiful brides during my stay! There is usually an English speaker at the front desk, and I have nothing but praise for the staff. My favorite hotel in Deyang.

I am a regular customer of theirs. I usually stay here when I come to Deyang. There is a gym that covers basic aerobics, as well as billiards and table tennis. I stayed here for the second time after the Chinese New Year. This time I stayed for quite a long time. I extended my room twice. When I checked in, the lady at the front desk upgraded my room and gave me breakfast for one person. I thought it was pretty good. There was a night bed every day, and there were new welcome fruits. I was satisfied in all aspects, and there was nothing wrong with the room. I was also satisfied when I ordered ice cubes at night, which was within my expectations. I didn't expect it to be so disgusting on the last night. I also ordered ice cubes after the restaurant closed, and a box of ice cubes was delivered. When I drank it that night, I saw a lot of residue and felt that the ice cubes were not clean. I wondered if the ice cubes were frozen with tap water. I didn't expect to see cockroaches in it when I opened it the next day! ! I called the front desk and no one came to deal with it. Later, someone from the service center came and took the box away and said sorry that cockroaches might have crawled in. 🪳 But the cockroaches were frozen in the ice cubes. How could they crawl in? They were clearly in the ice cube water. The cleaning staff thought I found cockroaches in the ice container, so they calmly brought insecticide? ? I was wondering at the time, do cockroaches often appear in the room? ? No one really solved it until I left. After I went to the front desk to report it, a manager called me and said that he brought something to comfort me. After I went back, he kept apologizing and said that he would punish the relevant responsible employees. I don’t know why such a problem occurred. He kept smiling and hoped that I would accept the apology. To be honest, I am not satisfied with this series of rhetoric and the so-called old-fashioned suggestion that the employee whose mentor’s cockroach appeared in the ice cube that day should be deducted from his salary to compensate me for upgrading my room. I don’t feel comfortable or sincere in normal conversations. This pot of ice is not as simple as cockroaches crawling in. I even doubt what kind of water it is. There are so many white and flesh-colored ** in it. I think it is dirtier and more disgusting than the water used to throw the rag. Finally, I said I don’t want anything else. Give me a suite upgrade. After all, I still have to stay for the last night and don’t want to change rooms. I don’t want to go through the trouble of checking or anything else. It’s disgusting. What else can I do? If it were Beijing, the cockroach would really be the end. The upgrade was not so smooth. It took a long time to communicate and I looked at the room twice. I first got a smart room, then a suite, and finally it was changed. It's been half a month since the incident, and it's still awkward. This is the actual situation. I can't comment on whether the hotel is good or not. After all, the experience of staying here has been good. I can only say that it looks good on the surface, but I have to question whether the service is really online behind the scenes, whether the sheets are really washed and disinfected every day, whether the cups are really wiped with a clean cloth, whether the toilet seat is cleaned and disinfected, everything has to be questioned

Last year during the Spring Festival, I visited a friend and stayed at this hotel. This year, I was satisfied as always. The breakfast has been significantly improved. It's very good! It's also nice to watch the lantern festival and visit the temple fair in the evening.

The hotel has complete facilities, good service, rich breakfast, and a great stay experience. It is close to the standard of a five-star hotel. It is the first choice for hotels in Deyang and I will choose it again next time I come.
